Life-Change Happens Here Life-change was witnessed over and over again in 2016 at Crosspoint! We are so thankful for all that God has done in us and through us during the year. PASTOR PAUL HERE ARE JUST A FEW THINGS WE WANT TO CELEBRATE FROM 2016: 489 people gave their lives to Christ Had a record attendance of 1481 on a regular Sunday 103 people were baptized We kicked off our Here & Now Building Campaign We received over $960,000 in pledges for Here & Now FROM THE PASTOR Crosspoint Church Life Change Happens Here! It is a privilege to serve alongside each of you as we faithfully serve, give and reach out to our community and beyond to share the life-change God has brought to our lives. JUNE 5 2016 WAS A MEMORY MAKING DAY IN THE HISTORY OF CROSSPOINT! On June 5th, 2016 the next phase of the building process began with the kick off of the Here & Now Building Campaign. At the completion of the two-year campaign, we ll be able to secure the necessary financing to begin construction on our permanent home. It was our goal to raise $800,000 over the 24-month campaign, but God had even bigger plans. Through the generosity and faithfulness of our congregation $940, 681 was pledged! To God be the glory! Together, with thanksgiving and unity, we will continue to share the life changing message of Jesus Christ with the 174,000 residents of Hernando County.

OR OUTREACH We love showing God s love in a practical way to the people in our community. One way we do this is through our Outreach. 2nd Annual Easter Egg Hunt Over 3,368 in attendance. Served by 160 volunteers. Children gathered 35,000 Easter eggs National Night Out In conjunction with law enforcement and other community members, our faithful volunteers served over 3000 bottles of water to the more than 10,000 in attendance. Our largest outreach event of the year 12 Host Homes 3,315 Lanyards with glowsticks Halloweenie Roast 2,820 Beverages 2,624 Hot Dogs 4,475 People Served And we ended the year with our free... Christmas Wrap Outreach We had 15 volunteers who eagerly wrapped 560 gifts in front of Belk Department Store.

S SPIRITUAL LIFE DEVELOPMENT Small Groups Each year we have two semesters of Small Groups. We began using a video curriculum that offers many study topics-including marriage, parenting, Women s and Men s, step-families, High School and Starting Point (for new believers), and more. This year we had a total of 31 HOST HOMES and 536 PARTICIPANTS in both semesters. We offered several large group studies during the Summer. One of these large groups is called Financial Learning Experience. Joe Sangl taught 620 interested students on the importance of money management using a biblical approach. 91 PEOPLE SIGNED UP FOR INDIVIDUAL COACHING WITH ONE OF OUR FINANCIAL LEARNING COACHES. Care Ministry This ministry helps our church as well as our community by providing physical, emotional and spiritual support. This is accomplished in three ways: Meal Ministry provides meals to individuals or families in times of need related to surgery, hospital stay, benevolence, birth of a child or death of a loved one. Visitation Ministry provides visits and prayer to individuals in hospitals, rehabilitation facilities and Hospice. Prayer Ministry provides extensive daily prayer for any prayer requests provided to the church or anyone receiving care from our Meal and Visitation ministries. Our team consisted of 31 32 32 17 Active volunteers in our Meal Ministry Active volunteers in our Visitation Ministry Active volunteers in our Prayer Team Ministry. Active volunteers in our Prayer & Care Room These volunteers served 85 meals to 25 families; made 76 visits to 25 individuals, and prayed for an average of 75 each week. In February 2016, we launched the Prayer & Care Room. Volunteers pray with an average of 3 families each week.

F FINANCIAL Each year Crosspoint is blessed by the faithful giving of our people. It is the reason we can minister to those in our church, our community and our world with the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. HIGHLIGHTS OF THE HERE & NOW BUILDING CAMPAIGN June 5, 2016 Kicked off the Here & Now Campaign 2016 $59,723.95 $940,681 302 The First Fruits Offering Was pledged to the two-year campaign People pledged to the campaign Tithes & Offerings............... $1,009,411.18 Here & Now..................... $340,861.53 Online Giving..................... $303,967.37 Total giving.................... $1,356,810.71 36% of the total pledged amount was received by December 31, 2016

W WEEKEND SERVICES Celebrating Life-Change in 2016 At Crosspoint we want to celebrate the stories of those who have experienced life change. And, to do that, we celebrate the numbers. But, we don t celebrate because of the numbers. C P K CROSSPOINT KIDS Each week, it takes a minimum of 40 volunteer leaders to provide a fun, safe, God centered environment to approximately 280 children. CPK is blessed to have 113 active volunteers, along with 33 middle/high school aged students who have stepped up as Young Leaders. HIGHLIGHTS OF 2016 29 babies born 30 kids baptized 20 babies dedicated SPECIAL EVENTS: 1313 kids participated in the Easter Egg Hunt 532 kids attended Easter services 252 kids attended Christmas Eve services FUN STUFF: 7,100 Dum Dum lollipops devoured 264,280 goldfish crackers consumed 163 diaper changes (give or take a few) GIVING: $2,186.36 collected on behalf of our youngest givers! B The purpose of the Buddy Ministry is to facilitate the inclusion of children with special needs by providing a safe, loving, and Christ centered environment within Crosspoint Kids. Each volunteer, or buddy is trained and paired with a child so that the parents can have the opportunity to worship distraction and worry free. Our buddies also provide support and encouragement to the families of those with special needs. Since the inception of the program in 2014, we have seen amazing growth. The ministry currently has 16 children who depend on the love and support of 16 buddies. S CROSSPOINT KIDS BUDDIES CROSSPOINT STUDENTS Area 68 and D.912 meet at 11:00 AM on Sunday mornings to learn about God on their level. Every week we have exciting games, a speaker and small group time. We are continuing to grow as a ministry with an average of 70 middle school students and 40 high school students. Nineteen of those students chose to take their faith to the next level and were baptized during the year. In 2016, the students participated in several outreach events: water bottle handouts, the Here & Now Campaign, the Easter Egg Hunt and National Night Out to name a few. Throughout the year, the Fall Retreat, Mega Fun Day, Lip Sync Battle, Q and A Text Live Event, Dodge Ball Tournament and Our 2nd Annual Reindeer Games are some of the fun-day events the students look forward to!

V VOLUNTEERS New Volunteers 227 New Volunteers followed God s voice and decided to setup and serve in 2016. In December we held our Annual Volunteer Appreciation Night at Challenger K8 School. 365 faithful volunteers enjoyed a wonderful meal and fellowship. It was such an honor to take the opportunity to love on those who make Sundays happen each and every week. Some of the amazing things that our volunteers do on a weekly basis: Set up 840 chairs and benches Park 552 cars Greet an average of over 1,270 guests Serve 91 bananas and 16 apples Serve over 384 donuts and 575 bottles of water Give out 80-100 CDs Serve over 460 cups of coffee Hand out over 750 programs Tow 3 trailers

14 NEW VOLUNTEERS W WORSHIP ARTS There were many things happening in the Worship Arts Ministry in 2016. Corey Post has been the Worship Pastor at Crosspoint for the past four years. His love for music and his heart for Jesus is evident to anyone who hears him on Sunday mornings. 5 NEW BAND MEMBERS 8 NEW PRODUCTION MEMBERS The Worship Arts Ministry has continued to grow over the last year, and we have partnered with the Worship Arts Lead Team to help get the necessary trainings we need to further our growth. We have expanded our reach by making our Sunday morning messages available through video online. LED IN 3 CHRISTMAS EVE SERVICES The Worship Arts Ministry also worked hard putting together a great Christmas Day video that was available online for friends and family to watch. Every aspect of the Worship Arts Ministry was heavily involved in the production of this project. 8 FAMILIES HAVE 2 OR MORE SERVING IN WORSHIP ARTS TOGETHER It has been so great to watch musicians step up, to see leaders grow, and to watch new team members in all areas of Worship Arts join our team.

B #BLESS10 In August Crosspoint Church celebrated a huge milestone; 10 years of life change in Hernando County. In true Crosspoint fashion we opted to give, instead of receive for our anniversary. We selected 10 ways to give back to the community during the month. Life-Change Happens Here 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 Bless Challenger- Along with our annual Feed the Teachers event that the Crosspoint Staff puts on for our CK8 teachers, we also blessed the school with a financial contribution. CPK Backpack Blitz-We collected and distributed filled backpacks to benefit children at Spring Hill Elementary School. CPK Serve Challenge-CPK families were encouraged to participate in one of many outreach activities that could be accomplished as a family, all while sharing God s love. Blessing Hernando County Law Enforcement- We provided gift cards for deputies to have a free lunch while on patrol. With the generosity of Glen Lakes Country Club we also provided box lunches to support staff too! Water Bottle Handout- We handed out cases of Zephyrhills water to area parks and businesses, showing God s love in a practical way. Painting project- We sent a team out to work on a house painting project. The homeowner was very grateful. Construction project-a team of skilled servants constructed a wheelchair ramp that made a young family s daily struggle much more manageable. Seniors Serve-We sang songs, did arts and crafts and played games with the lovely seniors at Evergreen Woods Retirement Center. Food Bank Donation- We collected an enormous amount of non-perishables to help the fine folks at Jericho Road Ministries fill their food pantry. Baptism Celebration- We wrapped up our month- long celebration with 19 folks taking the next step in their faith. What a way to end the year! We continue to praise God for the work He is doing in and through you in impacting your community and world. I feel so blessed to be at Crosspoint and I am so excited about my new journey!!
