Building Brochure_Layout 1 2/16/2015 9:29 AM Page 2 A Message From Apostle Phil I would like to invite each of you on a God sized journey to affect our community and the world. Ask yourself this question, How would your life be impacted if Colorado Christian Fellowship (CCF) were not here? Would your answers be anything like mine? Perhaps you would feel incomplete. Maybe you would feel uncovered, exposed, or vulnerable. Maybe you would feel you had insufficient tools to impact others, maintain relationships, or walk in Spiritual maturity. CCF has provided all of this in my life, and more! Now envision people from every walk of life coming to receive what we enjoy every day. This is what our Village vision is all about. We are Building To SHARE A Place To Call Home. It is time for us to build and move for many practical reasons; however, the main reason is to provide a H.O.M.E. - Heaven s Order Manifested on Earth - for all who are willing to come. The Father still has many seeds He wants to plant, grow and send into the world. CCF Village will be the garden to accomplish His will. As a CCF family member, are you ready to be a radical influence for Christ for generations to come? Are you ready to see what the power of faith can accomplish? Then together, let s believe God and build a place that reflects the Father s heart to the world. Talk with the Father about CCF Village and its potential impact. Discover for yourself what He wants to accomplish through you! With Love, Phillip F. Smith, Jr. Overseeing Apostle and Senior Pastor

Building Brochure_Layout 1 2/16/2015 9:29 AM Page 3 Heaven s Order Manifested on Earth (H.O.M.E.) Colorado Christian Fellowship s plan is to build a permanent place to call home that reflects God s heart. God s heart is that His Kingdom come to earth, as it is in heaven. Our vision is to be a true home and our goal is to be a little bit of heaven on earth that can be shared with the world!

Building Brochure_Layout 1 2/16/2015 9:29 AM Page 4 Reach More People With the Love of Christ! Our new location at E-470 & I-70, just east of Buckley Air Force Base, in Aurora, is the cross roads of our state. This is where the metropolitan area is growing and it will open the door for us to reach more people throughout the metro area and impact a broad demographic. In Isaiah 61:4, God says his people will renew the ruined cities that have been devastated for generations. This passage encourages us to believe that God empowers us to bring spiritual renewal and restoration to everyone who is hurting. Isaiah portrays an active, involved people. And that s the vision for CCF Village: With God s help, we intend to create a bustling community that meets the needs of everyone.

Building Brochure_Layout 1 2/16/2015 9:29 AM Page 5 Changing Lives! The true test of whether God is doing something is whether lives are being changed. Colorado Christian Fellowship (CCF) has numerous stories of how God has impacted the lives of those it serves. CCF Village will offer a 21st century approach to helping others because it will be a multipurpose campus that will allow us to share the love of Jesus with people in a variety of ways. Moving to CCF Village will enable us to build a home that serves our church and our neighbors. This is the home God wants to share.

Building Brochure_Layout 1 2/16/2015 9:29 AM Page 6 Impacting Communities CCF s building project is the first step towards our bold, God-sized vision of building a kingdom-friendly village for God, right in the middle of our state. The unfolding of this unprecedented vision, over time, will impact our community and our world in ways we can t begin to imagine. This is an opportunity for each of us to leave a legacy for the Kingdom of God in our community!

Building Brochure_Layout 1 2/16/2015 9:29 AM Page 7 Our Shared Identity This building project is a God Thing. Jesus said, Whatever I see my Father do, that s what I do. Our building project is an opportunity for each of us to participate in what we see our Father doing. We have a shared identity in CCF, as our church home. We are all stake holders. Therefore the responsibility to act in the building process is a shared responsibility.

Building Brochure_Layout 1 2/16/2015 9:29 AM Page 8 The benefits of moving to our property. Where we are... We currently lease a 30,000 square foot facility. We pay $26,101 a month for the lease, building no equity. The amount we are paying in rent would cover most of a mortgage payment on a building we would own! Our lease will expire in 3 years. If we don t build, we may be forced to find another temporary home. The longer we stay, the more money we lose toward building our new home. Our current facility cannot adequately support our ministries, programs, outreach and events. Our current 700 seat sanctuary will not support our growth after the next 3 years. We can no longer throw away God s money on rent; this is not good stewardship! We have to move forward! Where we need to be... Construct a 40,000-50,000 square foot facility at an estimated construction cost of $10 million. Banks will typically finance $7.5 million (75%) of the construction cost, which would become our new home s mortgage loan. CCF will need to raise $2.5 million (25%), to complete the project. This can be accomplished through equity in our land and the proceeds from our campaign giving. Our monthly mortgage payment will be approximately $36,000 per month, allowing us to own our own home! Positioning CCF for success.. We have retained a consultant to help position CCF to move forward with building A Place to Call Home. Based on the size of our congregation and the amount of revenue we receive in giving annually, our consultant projects we can raise $2.5 million in a 3 year campaign period! We have the ability to build our first phase building with:» Seating capacity for 1,200 to 1,500 people for Sunday services.» The necessary room to grow our ministries and expand the Kingdom of God.» Expanded outreach throughout the Denver Metro area, sharing A Place to Call Home.» A legacy for our children and future generations! It s time, to build and move to A Place to Call Home!

Building Brochure_Layout 1 2/16/2015 9:29 AM Page 9 What CCF Village Will Look Like As you can see from the architectural drawing, CCF Village will feature indoor and outdoor places for worship, along with facilities for Christian education, recreation, entertainment and retail. We have acquired 45 acres of land at Sixth and Picadilly Street in northeast Aurora, the site of our future home.

Building Brochure_Layout 1 2/16/2015 9:29 AM Page 10 What CCF Village Will Look Like From this aerial view you see the main street, leading to the central plaza area, lined with retail shops and services, and senior residences located above. On the right side of the plaza is our first phase building to include the plaza area. On the left of the plaza is our recreational facility with all the amenities. Located in the center is the future performing arts center (our sanctuary), with 3,500 seats, large conference rooms and fellowship halls.

Building Brochure_Layout 1 2/16/2015 9:29 AM Page 11 The First Phase Building Process The receipt of funds is the biggest driving factor, so everyone participating and being faithful to their campaign commitment will be crucial. The CCF Village is a very aggressive and ambitious vision; it will most likely be constructed in phases. The first Phase Building will enable CCF to get out on the property we currently own, so that all of our efforts and resources can be focused on the completion of the CCF Village Campus. The first phase build out will include:» A 50,000 square foot facility» 1200 1500 seat sanctuary» Large Fellowship Hall & meeting spaces» Retail spaces with exterior and interior access» Large plaza area with band shell, gazebo and walking paths

Building Brochure_Layout 1 2/16/2015 9:29 AM Page 12 The Funding The purpose of this campaign is to raise approximately $2.5 million over a 3 year period in order to start our building project. Our theme is: Building To Share A Place To Call Home, because it is time to build our permanent home and share it with the world. We believe the act of giving is a personal encounter with God. He not only provides the resources for giving, he teaches us to see him as provision, the source of everything we need. As you pray, feel free to use the giving chart, in the back of the brochure, as a guide. It offers financial leap of faith options intended to fit every budget. Like the biblical story of Joshua leading the Israelites from the desert to Canaan, God is leading us to a new land, a new purpose and a new level of faith through CCF Village. May Joshua s words to the Israelites before they began their journey to Canaan encourage you: Consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the LORD will do amazing things among you. Give time to prayer and fasting so you can hear what God is saying to you about CCF Village!

Building Brochure_Layout 1 2/16/2015 9:30 AM Page 13 What You Should Do Father will reveal to you what you should do during this campaign. We, as your church family, will help guide you through the process with prayer, times of fasting, consistent information dissemination, pledge cards, giving suggestions, small group studies, CVTS classes, events, and more that will aid you in making a God-sized commitment.

Building Brochure_Layout 1 2/16/2015 9:30 AM Page 14 How Can I Give? God has given CCF a vision and challenge to share the love of Jesus Christ in our community. He will have some of us give over and above our tithes and offerings; others of us may be lead to give our stock, bonds, vehicles, coin collections, real estate, collectibles, antiques, fine jewelry, and other items of value to the CCF Village Building Campaign. If you d like to give a tangible asset, please keep in mind the following: 1. It is better to give an appreciated asset to the church instead of selling it yourself and giving the money. By doing this, you avoid capital gains tax. 2. It is better to sell a depreciating asset yourself and give the cash to the church. Description of assets to be given: Approximate value of assets to be given:
