COURSE OVERVIEW Foundations for Living is an elective for high schools students. Designed specifically with 11th and 12th graders in mind, Foundations for Living provides a Bible-based, sequential development of a Christian worldview through the use of fundamental truths from the Bible and the application of biblical principles to the various areas of contemporary life. The course aims to pull all of a student s education together into a unified whole, preparing them for their new adventures beyond high school in the home, church, college, and society. Throughout this course, students will build the skills and knowledge needed to in order to do the following: Understand the unique identity of the Christian worldview. Observe how all truth properly fits together into the Christian worldview. Discern the difference between Christian and non-christian worldviews. Think and live with discernment and conviction.
