Each week, 1 reader (high school age to adult) and three cross/ candle bearers (4th grade to adult) are needed. Please use the sign-up sheet in the back of the church to volunteer. SMART News and Events St. Mary s Active & Religious Teens Catholic Daughters of the Americas Scholarship Your local Catholic Daughters will award a scholarship of $500 to two graduating senior women for the 2018-19 college/university year. The applicant must be a Catholic senior woman, graduating from a Johnson County high school in 2018. She must be a member of a local parish. Scholarship money will be applied to tuition of any two or four-year college or university or vocational school of her choice. The CDA Scholarship Committee will judge applicants on the basis of the information provided in each of the required areas.
