The weekend of October 1 st is Respect Life Sunday. We will be renewing our 27 th year of SLKF Spiritual Adoption and hosting the Baby Bottle Boomerang. Baby bottles will be passed out to parishioners by our ushers, bottles are taken home to be filled with donations or gifts. The bottle are returned to the Church the next weekend. All gifts and donations made will be given to the Woman s New Life Pregnancy Center. New Orleans Right to Life Calendars will also be available for purchase. First Saturday Novena and Rosary will be held Saturday, October 7 th. Saying YES to Jesus Lourdes Virtual Pilgrimage Experience St. Louis King of France Church and the Knights of Columbus Council 4663 will offer a day of prayerful encounter with Our Blessed Mother, Saying YES to Jesus on Sat., Oct. 7th from 1pm-4pm. As part of this event, North American Lourdes Volunteers will present a 90 minute prayerful Lourdes Virtual Pilgrimage Experience. During this guided experience, you will immerse yourself in the Gospel Message of Lourdes, you will touch the Grotto rock and experience the healing grace of Lourdes Water. You will receive a Eucharistic blessing and pray the Rosary. Mass will be celebrated at the conclusion of the day s events at 4pm. A Plenary Indulgence is granted to all who attend! Invite your family, children and friends! The next best thing to visiting Lourdes itself is a Pilgrimage journey without the travel!
