At e defibrillator is a list of people who have been trained in its use, but it is very easy to use and will walk you ru e steps needed. Are you new to St. Paul s? Wheer you re just visiting or looking to stay, it is great to have you wi us. Please make yourself known to our greeters, and pick up a welcome package. Today we will be having coffee in e sanctuary followed by e Annual Congregational Meeting! Thank you to Jacque Hebert for all her help in e church office! Host of Toronto Conference AGM 2017. The Toronto Conference Planning Committee is looking for volunteers again is year! Conference dates are May 26, 27, 2017. Volunteers will also be needed Thursday, May 25 to set up e arena meeting site. Up to (45) helpers will be needed to work specifically at e NSSRC over 3 days plus up to anoer (25) people at St. Paul s primarily on Saturday, May 27. *Volunteer applications are on e back window, please complete and return by April 30 to: Zena Pendlebury, Don Penrose, Marlis Dupuis or leave at e church office. Pancake Supper at St. Paul s on Tuesday February 28 put on by our Scout Troop. Supper will be served from 5pm to 7:30pm in e Great Hall. Cost is $8 an adult and $5 for a child. All funds raised will be going to help send our you to e National Scouting Jamboree in Nova Scotia is July. Pancake Supper Wyevale United Church on February 28 4:30 to 7:30pm. Tickets available at e door. Adults $8.00 Senior $6.00 Children $6.00. Children under 5 are free. rd World Day of Prayer: Friday 3 March 2017 ~ a service will be held at Unity United Church, Vasey at 2pm. Art & Spirituality: The next 8 - week course will start on Saturday March 4 and run till April nd 22 e cost will be $80.00. (all supplies are included) The cost can be split over 2 payments. Polly Sharp will teach e first 5 Saturdays on colour and we will paint on your own for e last 3 weeks. We will explore each colour s qualities and wake up to a new awareness, and understanding of e relationship between colours and our soul (feeling). Pure colour has an awakening power. Please call e church office at 705-526-6077 to register. The class has a limit of 15 so register early. The Fellowship Club is hosting a POT LUCK supper on Tuesday, March 7 in e Great Hall at 5:30pm. Bring your favorite casserole dish, or dessert or a salad and your own dishes and cutlery. Everyone is welcome and is is a great opportunity to meet more people and possibly join e club., Talent Auction 2017 we have set e date, Saturday April 29 for e auction. Would you like to volunteer your time to help wi e auction? We have a great crew who return each year to help but we can always use new volunteers and new ideas! Help Elevate Accessibility Now: Project & Fundraising Update: We are well underway wi e accessibility renovations to make our building more inclusive to e community. The total cost of is project is over $750,000 and e congregation s financial commitment is to raise $250,000 (approximately one ird of e total project cost). An update on e project expenses and funds will occur at e General Meeting in February. As we ve reported last week, we re ankful for e generosity of e congregation.to date, $194,149.00 (recalculated amount) has been donated and ere is only $55,851.00 to go! Thank you for your continued generosity and we encourage you remember e Accessibility Fund in your annual pledge, use e Donate Now button on e website, and don t forget to watch for

upcoming fundraising activities in e mons to come. Togeer, we will create an accessible space for all in 2017! Thank you for your support! Communion Preparers! The VON exercise classes are on Tuesday and Thursdays at 12 noon in e gym. Those who attend are pleased at ey are enjoying e results of e strengening exercises. You too can join em at any time. We do strengening and balance exercises each week wi each person working at eir own pace and level. Everyone is welcome! If e weaer is poor e class will be cancelled. Don t forget about e church library, located near Karen s office and e parlour. This is our lending library and ere are lots of interesting titles.
