Rumbo became very upset and started yelling and screaming all while banging on the cell window and door. She then hit her head on the wall several times. I served Hiser, Zeth W. with warrant #702247062 for Failure to register Mtr Vehicle with a $250.00 cash only bond, #702247061 for Driver/Front seat passenger fail to wear properly Adjusted/Fastened safety belt with a $10.00 cash only bond, and Warrant #702266260 for Driver/Front seat passenger fail to wear properly Adjusted/Fastened safety belt with a $10.00 cash only bond. All three warrants have a court date of 05/09/2017 at 0900 hours in Division 5 of the Cass County Justice Center. 03/26/17 19:07 32019 MCCLAIN RD, HARRISONVILLE On 03/26/2017, at approximately 1909 hours, I responded to a call for service where it was unknown that a report had already been made.
