Holy Martyrs Church February 4, 2018 Medina, Ohio Parish School of Religion - 330-952-1466 Live Stations of the Cross Coming Later This Month Our sixth graders will present Living Stations of the Cross on Feb. 26/27, with grades 1-5 in attendance. We are looking for four parents each night to be extra hands and eyes for the catechists. Also, you will be assisting with selecting costumes for the sixth graders on Feb. 12/13. Please contact your child s catechist if you can help. Women s Outreach Starts Feb. 12 The Latina Project, a new outreach by the women of Holy Martyrs, involves working with our sister parish, La Sagrada Familia, to provide a meal once a month during a support meeting for women who are survivors of domestic violence. You can help by providing part of a light meal, interacting with the women or babysitting during their meeting. The first meeting is Feb. 12. Please contact Diane Bruce at dbruce@holymartyrs.net if you would like to receive a signup email for providing part of a meal regularly or from time to time. Food would need to be dropped off at Holy Martyrs Sunday through 3 p.m. Monday before each meeting. This is part of our expanding parish outreach to link our parishioners to those in need. Service Opportunity for 7th and 8th Graders Check your email for an invitation for your child to take part in a service project next weekend. We are asking for help with handing out and collecting the Catholic Charities Annual Appeal packets during Masses.
