Upon arrival I made contact with the female party who appeared to be under the influence of of drugs or alcohol due to her slurred speech and unable to maintain balance. Morris Stober's mailbox was damaged at 32506 E 323rd Street, along with several others on the street. No suspects have been identified. 06/19/17 05:13 406 OUTER RD, ARCHIE On 06/19/2017, at approximately 0533 hours, I responded to the Phillips 66 located at 406 NW Outer Road, Archie, in reference to an abandoned automobile. No owner was located and a white Cadillac Sedan Deville was towed from the scene. 06/19/17 06:52 7001 163RD ST, BELTON On June 19, 2017 at about 0652 hours, I was dispatched to the Belton Police Department to administer a drug recognition evaluation. Upon arrival I contacted Stacy House and administered the evaluation. Kristen Koenig stated someone took the issued trash container from Waste Management systems from her property. Mr. Reid was reporting a burglary that occurred at his residence at 15209 E. 231st. Old Trail Rd in East Lynne, Missouri. The driver of the vehicle was arrested for driving while revoked. Mechanic in Harrisonville, MO., in regards to what she believed to be a case of fraud. The matter turned out to be Financial exploitation of Elderly/Disabled Person, due to the two parties involved stating they would pay back the monies given. T, Garden City, Missouri for stealing. Upon arrival, I spoke with David A. Demback, who stated someone broke into his out building and stole some wood and hedge clippers. Matthew Riddle was arrested on Cass County Warrants 701995214 for failure to appear on exceeded posted speed limit and 107995215 for failure to appear on driving while suspended/revoked. Both with a bond of $250 cash only with a court date July 11, 2017 at 0900 hours. Mr. Riddle also had Cass County warrants 17-CAFTA-439 and 17-CAFTA-440 for failure to appear on Violation of Order Protection with bond set at $5,000 10% cash or surety and a court date of July 18, 2017 for both.

The passenger of the vehicle, Frazier, Larhonda, after shecking with dispatch, was confirmed to have two active warrants out of Jackson County, Missouri, and was placed under arrest. Upon the driver of the vehicle, Elliot, Rico, consenting to a search I found a sandwich bag containing a green leafy substance which due to my training and experience, I believe to be marijuana. Ms. Frazier admitted to the marijuana being hers and she was cited for it.

One of the male subjects fled on foot. Upon arrival I contacted Steven Mueller who reported that his vehicle had been hit by another vehicle. Mr. Mueller reported that the second vehicle fled the scene. There was no suspect information at the time of report.

Randy Burkhart was taken into custody for active warrant 16CA-CR00430 for Failure to Appear on Non-Support. The warrant revealed a $5000 bond with 10% cash only and a court date of 08/10/17 at 0900 hours. 06/25/17 11:35 300 4TH ST, FREEMAN On June 25, 2017 I responded to 300 W. 4th Street Freeman, Missouri for a report of stolen firearms from a vehicle. Upon arrival it was reported that two hand guns had been stolen from a vehicle parked in front of a residence. Bond was set at $5000.00 10% cash only and a court date of 08/10/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 06/25/17 13:30 Y/235, On June 25, 2017 I responded to the area of 233rd Street and Y Highway. An air gun had been located and was recovered from the ditch of Y Highway. 06/25/17 13:55 10 TUDOR RD, LEE'S SUMMIT On Monday 06/26/2017 at approximately 0717 hours I responded to the Lees Summit Missouri Police Department, located at 10 NE Tudor Rd. Lees Summit Missouri, in reference to a prisoner transport. Upon arrival I placed Tatro, Fanklin D., W/M, under arrest and transported him to the Cass County Jail. 06/25/17 14:07 504 2ND ST, CREIGHTON On Sunday, June 25, 2017 at approximately 1408 hours I was dispatched to 504 E. 2nd St, Creighton, MO in reference to a report of a disturbance in progress. Jessica Brunner stated she was pushed into a wall but no injuries were received. A suspect has been identified. 06/25/17 15:20 LYNN COUNTY KS, MOUND CITY On 06-25-2017 at 0943 hours, I responded to the Linn County Kansas Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Darin R. Thomsen into custody on Cass County warrant # 17CA-CR00357 for DWI Alcohol-Chronic Offender Repealed 06/25/17 19:45 2501 MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 06/26/2017, at approximately 2000 Hours, I made contact with Kenneth Prickette at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a County warrant. I served two Cass County Warrant s, 702279939 for Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and 702279938 for Possession of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid of 10 Grams or Less.
06/25/17 21:41 1307 244TH ST, CLEVELAND On June 25, 2017 at approximately 2145 hours, I was dispatched to 1307 E. 244th Street reference a check the welfare. Upon arrival, I spoke with Lisa Moses who stated she and her daughter were involved in a verbal argument and her daughter left the residence. The daughter was contacted by Johnson County Sheriff's Office in Kansas. The daughter agreed to be transported to Shawnee Mission Medical Center for evaluation. 06/25/17 22:09 23916 TRAIL RIDGE PASS, CLEVELAND On June 25, 2017 at approximately 2224 hours, I was dispatched to 23916 S. Trail Ridge Pass, Cleveland for a check the welfare. Upon arrival, I made contact with a male subject who had fresh lacerations to both arms. The subject was eventually taken into custody and transported to the hospital. 06/25/17 23:43 2501 MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 06/25/2017, at approximately 2343 Hours, I made contact with Eric Allen James,at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served an Afterhours Cass County warrant for Unlawful Possession of A Firearm. Bond was set at $5000.00 Cash only.
