CHRISTMAS COLLECTION Thank you to those who contributed to the Christmas collection for our priests. If you did not have the opportunity to give but you would like to make a gift, please visit clergytrust.org or pick up an envelope in the back of the Church. To learn more about the Trust and stay up to date on what is going on with our priests, find the Trust on Facebook by searching @ClergyTrust. Thank you for your prayers and generous support. SPECIAL COLLECTION SUNDAY In your envelope packets, you should have noticed an envelope that says Special Collection Sunday on January 14/15. This year, that collection has been designated by the Archdiocese of Boston as Assistance to Urban Parishes to support the mission of our inner city parishes in the Archdiocese of Boston. The Archdiocese currently provides financial assistance to urban parishes in particular geographic areas that historically have had a strong Catholic presence. This collection will help continue this support to urban parishes to provide resources for mission and ministry in these parishes and for the people in the communities they serve. Thank you in advance for your generosity. January 12 at 5:30pm February 9 at 5:30pm March 9 at 5:30pm May 11 at 5:30pm MEMORIAL CANDLE STAND IMPORTANT ~ PARISH DATABASE UPDATE Within the next two weeks, we will be updating our database program. Now is a great time to let us know of any changes i.e. email, phone number, address change and the like. As a stand-alone parish, it is critical that our parish membership database be as accurate and complete as possible. This is where we need your help. One member from each family attending Our Lady s Church should fill out a registration form. These forms can be found on the tables at all the church entrances. Because you are registering as a parishioner does not mean you automatically receive envelopes. If you do want them, you check off the appropriate spot on the form. Please return form to the parish office or simply drop in the collection basket. By officially registering confirms that Our Lady s is a growing and vibrant parish. There are many of you in our pews weekly who are not registered, now is the perfect time to do so. If you have any doubts or even if you think you have already filled out a registration form, do it again. Thank you in advance for your support with this update. If you would like to remember a loved one or special intention, there are a couple candles available on our candle stand of the Blessed Mother. Candles are $250 per year. If interested, contact Sharon in the parish office. 4 Solemnity of Mary, The Holy Mother of God
