The St Ann Knights of Columbus will be hosting their annual basketball free-throw contest in the St Ann gym on January 24 th from 12-3pm. Boy and girls ages 9-14 may participate. Prizes will be given out and winners will progress to the District contest that will be held at St Ann on February 14th from 12-3pm. This weekend kicks off the annual Archbishop s Call to Share appeal in the archdiocese. You will receive a letter from the Archbishop this week, asking for your support of the Archbishop s Call to Share, which funds over 40 ministries in the Church of Northeast Kansas. Please read your letter and pray about what you can do this year, and return your completed pledge card in the collection next weekend. Please give generously to support the ministries of the Church in Northeast Kansas! On the 43 rd anniversary of Roe vs. Wade, join your St. Ann family in prayer, and if possible attend the rally in Topeka in support of the right to life: Catholic Mass starts at 11:00 am at the Topeka Performing Arts Center Auditorium (TPAC); followed by lunch; it is suggested to bring sack lunches. March from TPAC to south Capitol steps; 12:30-12:45 pm. Rally and speakers 12:45-1:15 pm.
