CHRISTMAS LIGHTS SWITCH ON WITH CAPITAL 26th November, 1.00pm - 5.00pm Loughborough Market Place The festive season really kicks off when the Christmas lights are switched on in Loughborough Town Centre. The Live Stage Show will be hosted by Capital, featuring breakfast s Dino Pete and Tyles, as well as afternoon presenters Tom and Claire. There will be a whole host of entertainment from 1.00pm onwards brought to you on a giant screen from Market Place. This year s event will host a specialist Christmas Flavour of the World Market alongside the Christmas Charity Market. Don t forget to visit Santa s Grotto in Carillon Court from 10.30am and post your letter to Santa in the post box in Geoff s Toys. Live entertainment on the main stage from 1.00pm includes Loughborough s Endowed Schools BIG Band, St. Botolph s School Choir, Loughborough Students Union Sing, Bright Lights Theatre Company and a showcase of young local performers and stars from the Robin Hood Panto cast.
