The Jury being called appeared & the following were Qualifyed # * * After the Charge the Jury with drew with a Constable sworn to keep them The Prisoner remanded & Cort adjaurn'd for a Quarter of an hour In a Quarter of an hour's time the Court opened. * * * On Indie't. for horse stealing. The Prisoner was sett to the Bar The Jury came into Court and being called over say they are agreed on their verdict and find the Defend 1 Guilty of the Felony whereof he stands Indicted, and that he had no Goods, Chattels, Lands or tenements to their knowledge at the time of Committing the Felony or at any time since.
