CATHOLIC LEADERSHIP 360 ASSESSMENT According to Archdiocesan policies lay leadership and parishioners are to be given the opportunity to recognize Fr. Dan Tomich s gifts and to share their sentiments about his ministry. So, we are providing a parish-wide survey as part of his review process. The survey can be easily accessed by going to the Archdiocese s web page (https:// ww.archchicago.org/) and clicking on Offices and Ministries on the top panel. This will bring you to an alphabetical listing of offices. Under M select Ministerial Evaluation. You will then be directed to the Ministerial Evaluation webpage. In the middle of the page, you will find 360 Catholic Leadership review for priests. For those of you who do not have a computer and/or internet access, hardcopies of the parish-wide survey can be found at all the entrances /exits of the church. The survey must be completed by Monday, November 13, 2017. Stewardship = Time - Talent - Treasure

. GENEROSITY WEEKEND - NOVEMBER 11th and 12th Everyone is asked to give to so many causes, but our St. John Fisher Community has a simple opportunity to give each month to Generosity Weekend. A can or box of food donated at any of the weekend Masses can enable a local family to have a better shot at life. During the past 24 months, approximately 1,200 bags of groceries have been given to local food pantries to assist their outreach to the poor. Donations of the following food items are always welcomed at local food pantries and the Pro Labore Dei Ministry has included a wish list that will help make Thanksgiving baskets for their clients. We kindly ask that you mark your donations for Generosity Weekend or Pro Labore Dei to make distribution easier. Thank You we continue to be overwhelmed by the generosity of so many.
