The San Fernando Rescue Mission has awarded St. Charles Borromeo Church its Valued Partner Award for hosting weekly hot showers, and for providing hot breakfast and clothing for our brothers and sisters in Christ who are homeless. Our hot shower and hot breakfast ministry is held on Thursday mornings at the Holy Family Service Center. Please ring the bell at the west side door of the Service Center for donation drop off during our regular operating hours of Tues, Wed, & Thurs 9 11:45 am. Home Bound Ministers visit the parishioners who are unable to attend Mass. We visit and say prayers and bring the Holy Eucharist to them. It is a VERY rewarding ministry. Training is available.
