Trinity Church: A Community of Truth, Love and Faith November 2014 P h i l W h i s l e r, P a s t o r Dear Trinity Church Family, At this time of the year we take time to remember to be thankful. However, we need to remember to be thankful all year round. Lois Rex sent me this email a few months ago that really spoke to me. I would like to share it with you. A teacher asked her students to make a list of the Seven Wonders of the World. Some of the common answers were the Great Pyramids in Egypt, the Great Wall of China, thetaj Mahal in India, Grand Canyon in Arizona, the Swiss Alps, etc But one girl was obviously having trouble because she would write something down and then erase it time and time again. The teacher asked her what her problem was and she said, There are so many wonderful things. Then teacher asked, if the class could help her? Sure she said and then she shared what she had so far and her Seven Wonders of the World were: 103 S. Main Street, PO Box 358, Mulberry, IN 46058 765.296.2323 317.910.9161 (cell) Email: PastorPhil@trinitychurchofmulberry.org A Word from Pastor Phil secretary@trinitychurchofmulberry.org www.trinitychurchofmulberry.org To See To Hear To Touch To Taste To Feel To Laugh To Love When she finished, you could have heard a pin drop in that classroom. That was a quick reminder that the things we quickly overlook as simple and ordinary are often take for granted are truly wondrous things in this world. For the greatest things in this world are not built by human hands and can t be bought because they were given to us by our Creator and Savior, Jesus Christ. Let us all take time this season to be thankful for God and all he has done for us. Pass it on, Pastor Phil Trinity Church of Mulberry CALLER

We love being a part of the Trinity Church Family more and more every year. Thanks To our teens, Taylor Parker, Emily Jones, and Kennedy Garriott for sharing with us about their youth conference trip! Scripture of the Month: What do workers gain from their toil? I have seen the burden God has laid on the human race. He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet[a] no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end. I know that there is nothing better for people than to be happy and to do good while they live. That each of them may eat and drink, and find satisfaction in all their toil this is the gift of God.
