Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever (I Timothy 1:17). And greetings to our Resident Bishops, Suffragan Bishops, District Elders, Pastors, Delegates, and Guests of this great Council! Ever Forward, Never Backward as we move forward into another blessed and prosperous year! This theme ushers in our shift, as we escalate from one level to the next dimension. I can certainly feel the power of God working in a mighty way on behalf of this great Council, its leadership, and constituents. As Warren G. Bennis quotes, Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality. With this in mind, I realize that with our cohesive team, we will continue ever forward, never backward. Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ (Philippians 1:6) This is a promise to us, that there will be nothing lacking on God s part to support us as we move forward towards the up building of God s kingdom and the vision that is before us. A sincere thank you is extended to our CDC Chairman, Suffragan Bishop Robert T. Douglas and the entire support staff. Again, welcome, and thank you for your continued support! Bishop Charles H. Ellis III Presiding Prelate Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc P.O. Box 21909 Detroit, Michigan 48221

I t is with the greatest of esteem that we welcome all of our members, friends and visitors to this our 188th Tri Annual Fellowship Conference Session of our California District Council here in the marvelous city of San Diego, California. And on behalf of the Honorable Diocesan Bishop and Presiding Prelate Charles H. Ellis III, combined with the entire constituency of our California District Council Family, we greet and welcome your treasured presence in the Glorious Name of our Great God and Savior, Jesus Christ! Our desire and design for you is that you first sense our appreciation of your acceptance of the invitation we extended to you to enjoy and prosper from this God ordained, power packed worship and learning oriented, agape centered Christian fellowship. At this conference session, our service program calls for non stop, assertively aggressive, and progressive worship, training with brother to brother and sister to sister spiritual renewal and collaborative edification to one another on a continual basis. And as your Servant Leader and Chairman, it is my sincere desire that you benefit and prosper in an unrestricted measure from the activities that are to be provided during your visit. Therefore, feel free to involve yourself as well as those who have accompanied you to this venue with any and all of our service activities and events that are available and designated to satisfy your spiritual and theological thirst. And finally, once again we lift our voices unto the Lord with adoration, appreciation, and thanksgiving for providing Suffragan Bishop Dr. Donnie and First Lady Dr. Shirley McGriff along with the entire Region One Family with the skills and compassion to provide us with Five Star Hospitality in hosting our conference. May the divine favor of Christ rest upon each of you in unlimited capacity is our prayer. In Pursuit of His Favor Suffragan Bishop Robert T. Douglas, Sr., Ph.D. Chairman, California District Council Pentecostal Assemblies of The World, Inc
