Scissors Paper Stone SG Edition (10 mins) Logistics: 1 x Crescent for 1 Leader 2 x Star for each child Objective: Collect 5 stars & 1 Crescent (Singapore Flag) to win Instructions: 1. Each child will receive 1 star. 2. They are to go around and play scissors paper stone with different opponents. 3. The loser gives the winner his star. 4. If the loser has 0 star left, he/she will follow the winner behind. If the loser still has 1/2/3/ star(s), he/she will go around to collect 5 stars. If he/she has people behind him, each time he loses, 1 person behind him will join the winner.
5. After collecting 5 stars, the child will lead his group to face the final challenge (1 Leader with the crescent). 6. The game ends when the child and his group have collected 5 stars and 1 crescent. ii. I am ready for the challenge! Instructions for game: The emcees will facilitate the game. A leader will have to play the videos and pause it whenever there is a blank blank blank for the children to guess the lyrics. All the answers are found in the PowerPoint slides prepared. Have you ever wondered if Singapore could actually survive with no natural resources? Now that we have just pass the 50th mark and embarking on the next 50 years, who will lead us forward? Is it our government leaders, our parents or our GKidz leaders? It is God who shall lead us forward onto this new chapter ahead. We have prospered as a nation till this day is because of our Heavenly Father has allowed us to prosper. What is our role then in this nation? All of us here are chosen people and we have a part to play here. All of you may be still young and may think that you can't do anything but know this that all of us have a purpose from God. We can do it by praying for this nation and interceding for it. It will help to shape the nation. And that is what we are going to do now. i. Pray this prayer together as we end this prayer time. Dear Heavenly Father, we give thanks to You for this nation for the past 50 years. We commit this nation into your hands that you will bless this nation. A nation that will be glorifying You. Father, guide us to continue building this nation and let Singapore be a nation that You will use to bless other nations.
