Summer Camp, Please! Sign-ups Begin This Month Student Life Camp is July 4-8 for C3 middle school students. Student Life Camp is centered around teaching, worship, and having fun doing both. You may know that our mission here at Crossroads is to lead people to life changing faith in Jesus Christ. Those changes happen in many ways. Some are talked about all the time, like having peace and joy in the midst of all kinds of circumstances. But the gospel changes the way we view everything! From relationships to retirement, from morality to money; the radical grace of God transforms every area of our lives. One that often gets left off the list is the area of generosity. As the love and grace of God begin to change your heart, generosity is one of the natural outcomes. Perhaps the most well known verse in the Bible is John 3:16, "For God so loved the world that He gave his one and only Son..." God s heart of love was displayed in His giving. As we receive His love our hearts become more like His. For some reason giving is often one of the last things to change. I hear people say all the time I m going to put God first in my life, but giving to Him remains last on the list or doesn t make the list at all. We tend to follow the same pattern most Americans do - spend, pay off debt, try to save, give what s left over. The 90 day giving challenge is an opportunity to turn that pattern upside down. TO GIVE FIRST! Here s the deal: We know this is brand new for many of you so we want to offer some encouragement and support all along the way. Are you willing to make a commitment to give regularly (weekly, biweekly, monthly) for 90 days? At the end of 90 days, if you regret the decision and God has not met you in the process, you can ask for all your money back.
