Laundry Basket Drives In the Spirit of Unity: Volunteers Needed!! Our ability to donate to our 19 pregnancy centers depends on planning and hard work. I hope laundry basket drives are going on right now. You will make your donations at the Quarterly meeting on 01/20 in Suncook We will need some help for initial sorting that day. Hopefully, this will take only about 10 minutes after the meeting. I plan on doing the next step on Saturday morning February 2nd at Suncook. We will begin about 8:00 a.m. We cannot do this the weekend before because of the combined 2nd and 3rd Degrees that day. I need a team of 12 or 13 individuals to dividing up the donations according to the centers-19 in all. Once this done, the baskets must be returned to the large storage area. The next step comes the afternoon of the Birthright Dinner on 02/09. We need about 6 volunteers to bring the items out onto the basement floor for pick up or delivery. Thus, we will have 19 staging areas. And lastly: Not all centers attend the dinner. I need volunteers to make deliveries to centers that usually don't show- Littleton, Plymouth, Laconia, Greenland, Dover, Portsmouth, Lebanon/Claremont, and Keene. There could be others. I am counting on the District Deputies to canvass for volunteers, especially in regards the sorting and the deliveries. Please let me know the results of your efforts. Without this team work we will be unable to service all the pregnancy centers The lives of women and children are dependent upon your efforts and volunteerism. To quote " Many hands make light work!" PEACE IN CHRIST, Ron Di Stasio NH Life Director

East Africa Charitable Projects Fund (EACPF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation founded in 2014 and operated entirely by volunteer Catholics in central New Hampshire. Through donations it receives, EACPF is assisting 10 select, pro-life and charitable projects in East Africa, which include hundreds of orphans, poor families, elderly sick and poor people, unwed mothers, seminarians and activist pro-life organizations. A major focus is helping East Africa maintain traditional family and pro-life values in order to reject Secularism and the Culture of Death being imposed by large, anti-life organizations. Donations can be made on-line at eacpf.com or by making checks payable to EACPF and mailing them to: EACPF, PO Box 703, New London, NH 03257. Grand Knights interested in having a 20 minute slideshow presented at a council meeting, communion breakfast or other activity, should contact Nick Monroe at 603-748-9385 or email hnmonroe1@yahoo.com. Nick is a member of Council #4983 in Newport, NH.
