Altar Linen Ministry If you would like to contribute to the parish community but do not want the schedule of a weekly or even monthly commitment, then helping with altar linens may be your niche. The linens for not only Mass, but Baptisms, Weddings and Funerals, are used 52 weeks a year, a very necessary and integral part of the community life of our parish. Schedules are developed for January through June and July through December. You make a commitment to pick up, wash and iron a week s worth of linens on only four (4) weekends a year. Not only that, but you will join other volunteers who are more than ready to switch weeks on the schedule whenever an unexpected event or illness arises. If you are interested in this ministry please call Mary Lopez at 973-540- 0087 before December 8 th, if you would like to start helping for the January through June Schedule. This is a great way to be an active, participating member of our parish community. Lightweigh meets Monday evenings at 7pm in the Library of the PLC. You can learn more about this amazing program designed help you lose weight and deepen your faith. Feel free to contact Betsy Sullivan at 201-704-5761 if you have any questions.
