Men s Club Breakfast 9:00 AM Sunday, 07 JAN 2018 Co-president Mr. Landress sent the following: Hanukkah has always been a special time at KBH with latkes, music, and everyone having a good time. I missed out this year and I wanted to tell you why. Rabbi Rudin teaches a class every Tuesday from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM in our library. Some congregants attend Partners in Torah on Mondays from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Jewish Community Center, where one can learn with a partner whatever one is interested in. Tuesday evening Rabbi Rudin is teaching about the Kabbalah. The rabbis of the Kollel do all this in spite of family commitments and do not charge anything for their time. That is why VP Dave Lesser and I were compelled to volunteer to do something for them. We made almost 500 latkes for a Hanukkah party held at B'nai Israel. Although we were tired from standing and cooking Dave did manage to attend the party at KBH. I wish everyone a happy and healthy new year.
