He has been playing the accordion since age 7, and has played the piano since the age of ten. His teachers include Richard Cox (UNCG) He has served as a music minister at six different churches from 1980 to the present, has performed as a freelance accordionist, pianist, and conductor, and has taught as an associate professor of music at Liberty University since 2007. He published two CDs of his own piano arrangements in 1995 and 2009. Dr. Suttles lives in Lynchburg, Virginia with his wife, Gloria and daughter, Hannah. Reception following - Fellowship Hall 4
