Celebrate the Win! Fargo Nazarene had over 50 people in attendance with their first Missionary Speaker in over 10 years! A little over $1000 was given that night for missions in Africa! Service Project and Concert The teens took some time to serve at The Manna Pantry in Yukon, OK before taking in the Winter Jam concert where they heard the gospel through various speakers and musicians from some of today s most popular Christian bands. Praise the Lord! Top 3 fastest cars at the pinewood derby The Cub Scout troop had a pinewood derby race in the youth room! It was well attended by parents and boys! The troop meets on Tuesday at 6:30 if you have a boy who would like to join or if you would like to help! Thanks for giving! From your generosity we were able to deliver 34 kits to the district assembly! These kits are used by Nazarene Disaster Response teams both in the United States and around the world! A great group of people helped assemble the kits and get them packaged up on Easter Sunday evening. Thank you! Woodward Naz also contributed by taking items to district assembly. At the assembly 838 cases of Crisis Care Kits were assembled, meaning there are 5028 kits available to be used in a disaster response area! T! s k han

Christ is Risen! Above: Geoff Miller giving the message for Sunrise service! We met at 7 am on the church lawn for worship and had wonderful weather! Dalissa played the guitar and led songs. Breakfast and fellowship time followed! Thanks to Stewart Ray and Israel Palacios for making a cross for the church! It is made out of old railroad ties. Thanks to Kiara Solis for doing this painting for Easter time! The kids spread out on blankets for the Sunrise Service Putting flowers on the cross Putting flowers up high on top of dad s shoulders! When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: Death has been swallowed up in victory. - 1 Corinthians 15:54

Thank You! Thanks just doesn t seem like enough to express how grateful we are for all the love and prayers shown to us throughout my mom s illness. I know it wasn t a coincidence that the church board was at the altar praying when I got the phone call about mom s surgery. Then when we got home we received a beautiful plant also! We love and appreciate all of you! Sincerely, - Alan and Brigetta Wilson - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Thank you to everyone who helped with the glow in the dark egg hunt! We did not get a count, but we estimate there were over 200 people at the event. Thank you to everyone who put in many hours preparing and working at the event! Your volunteer service is greatly appreciated! I am particularly excited about the 17 kids who came to an altar at the end of the night in response to the message from Churie about wanting Christ s light to live in them! Thank you also to the many people who have helped our family as we have moved in and out of the parsonage during these last few weeks while working on getting mold taken care of in the house. I m happy to report that our family is healthier now! It has made a big difference! Thank you for helping and being understanding with us during this time! - Nathan Twyman - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Thank you to our adopted church family for the beautiful flowers, phone calls, visits and especially your prayers during Jerry s surgery and recovery. The warmth we feel from this church is such a blessing to both of us. - Nina and Jerry Nickel - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Congratulations to Geoff and Churie Miller Both Geoff and Churie are following God s calling on their lives to become licensed ministers of the gospel. The Woodward Church presented them each with a local minister s license on Easter Sunday morning. They have to hold a local license for one year before they can get a district license. They will then have to meet the Church of the Nazarene s standards for Education and Years of Service before they can be ordained.
