Holy Family School News This fall, our teachers have been participating in professional development sessions that help us to make our classrooms "pop". We have been learning about what recent neuroscience tells us about our students' brains and how we can best engage them for growth and for learning. We will continue developing our skills in this particular area, so that our classrooms become increasingly dynamic and vibrant places with an unmistakably strong student focus. Our next two sessions of professional development, scheduled for October and December respectively, are on standards -based classrooms and service learning. Both of these have been scheduled with the goal of furthering the vision of dynamic and engaging classroom experiences for our students. Good things are ahead!
