The Quiz Night We are delighted to report that the Quiz raised an amazing 4381, even beating last year's total! We are so grateful to everyone involved in this year's event and for making it such a fun and lucrative evening - we could not have raised so much money without you all! This is the fourth year we have organised the Quiz Night and the format obviously works because we raise so much money. But as well as fundraising, we do want you all to have a great night too and are very open to any constructive feedback you can give us about how we might do things differently next year to compliment the Quiz? Please come and see us if you have any ideas. Easter Balloon Found! It seems the prevailing wind as very different this year, as we have had news of one of our Easter balloons being found near Banbury.

You don't need to be a great cricketer, just come along and have fun. All welcome. Please let Iain Moppett (9744442) know if you are interested in coming along. I will offer up my life In spirit and truth, Pouring out the oil of love As my worship to You. In surrender I must give my every part; Lord, receive the sacrifice Of a broken heart. Jesus, what can I give, what can I bring To so faithful a friend, to so loving a King? Saviour, what can be said, what can be sung As a praise of Your name For the things You have done? Oh, my words could not tell, not even in part, Of the debt of love that is owed by this thankful heart. You deserve my every breath For You ve paid the great cost; Giving up Your life to death, Even death on a cross. You took all my shame away, There defeated my sin, Opened up the gates of heaven, And have beckoned me in.
My Jesus, my Saviour Lord, there is none like You. All of my days I want to praise The wonders of Your mighty love. My comfort, my shelter, Tower of refuge and strength, Let every breath, all that I am, Never cease to worship You. Shout to the Lord all the earth, let us sing Power and majesty, praise to the King. Mountains bow down And the seas will roar At the sound of Your name. I sing for joy at the work of Your hands. Forever I ll love You, forever I ll stand. Nothing compares to the Promise I have in You. In Christ alone my hope is found, He is my light, my strength, my song; This Cornerstone, this solid Ground, Firm through the fiercest drought and storm. What heights of love, what depths of peace, When fears are stilled, when strivings cease! My Comforter, my All in All, Here in the love of Christ I stand. In Christ alone! - who took on flesh, Fullness of God in helpless babe! This gift of love and righteousness, Scorned by the ones He came to save: Till on that cross as Jesus died, The wrath of God was satisfied For every sin on Him was laid; Here in the death of Christ I live. There in the ground His body lay, Light of the world by darkness slain: Then bursting forth in glorious Day Up from the grave He rose again! And as He stands in victory Sin's curse has lost its grip on me, For I am His and He is mine Bought with the precious blood of Christ. No guilt in life, no fear in death, This is the power of Christ in me; From life's first cry to final breath, Jesus commands my destiny. No power of hell, no scheme of man, Can ever pluck me from His hand; Till He returns or calls me home, Here in the power of Christ I'll stand!
