Romans 10:17 According to Paul's statement faith is heard through the word of God, the gospel. This is our motivation behind one of our projects: A New Testament for Every House. Every time a village is covered with New Testaments I feel that the Father is saying "Well done my servants." Nothing compares with the joy that we have in pleasing God and praising Him through our ministry. In June, another district from the big city of Craiova was covered with New Testaments. Many missionaries, including a group from the USA, have been involved in spreading the Good News with every single house, sharing the gospel and even praying with them. Two missionaries living in Craiova to start a church also follow up on the seeds that are planted through the New Testament project. This summer we want to cover as many villages as possible with the New Testaments, and invite you to participate. With each New Testament Bible delivered, we include a personal testimony written in English. Our motivation behind this is it serves as an opportunity to return to that home for a second visit to provide a translation and continue building that foundation. Will you join us in our project? We appreciate your willingness to allow your testimonies to be used to make an impact in the lives of the people receiving these Bibles. For more details or to provide your testimony, please feel free to email. Many of you know the story with John Vlad, and his path to becoming a Christian. I want to share with you the joy I had last month, when our church had the privilege to dedicate him in the consecration. Now, starting in July he will be able to baptize new believers accepting Christ. This is a celebration allowing him to expand his ministry impact!

Costea Alexe & Veronica, missionaries in Comani Blessed be the name of the Lord! On the first day of June, we had a special Kid s Day celebration. This was a wonderful event for the children in Comani and the surrounding area. We met at Hope Church in Draganesti-Olt, and everyone had a lot of fun. Most importantly, every child had the opportunity to hear the Good News about Jesus Christ! We are very thankful to be a part of what the Lord is doing here. He is blessing us with multiple opportunities to serve the people of Comani and spread His name. In particular, we have had success recently in our Adopt a Family project and in our A Fishing Rod, Not a Fish project. Thank you for your continued prayers and support for these ministry projects! This month we were visited by brother Guy, who came with a team from a church in Nigeria. They spent time in Comani working with children and doing other activities. They were very joyful and encouraged us greatly. We hosted a group of 4 college students from Adventures in Missions (AIM) in June as well. They stayed with us and together we did several home visits. They encouraged the people in Comani and shared the Gospel. They also participated in an event for children in Comani. One of these students, Kevin Reno, visited us two years ago and has a heart for this area. We have been very blessed to have so many young people serving with such joy and passion for the Lord! The construction for our church building is ongoing. We have finished the bathroom and are working now on the kitchen. After this we will need to complete the flooring. We are praying to finish construction soon. Here are some prayer requests for this month: -for the children of Comani -for protection for my family -for construction on the church building -for the salvation of Jenica, Costel, Emil, Corina, Petre, Vali, and Mariana

Berechet Octavian & Nicoleta, missionaries in Maruntei Let us begin by giving thanks to the Lord for the work He is doing through this ministry. We can see the Spirit is moving in this place, and are thrilled to be a part of it! Praise Him! We also want to thank you for your prayers and support, which make our work here possible. You are a huge part of what God is doing here in Romania. Thank you! God has blessed us with several shortterm teams in the last month. In May, we had a team from Canada work with our ministry, including some students from a Christian school there. time in Maruntei making home visits and prayer walking. They even organized and hosted an event in Draganesti-Olt similar to Canada s Got Talent. It was a big hit! One brother, Frank, invited people to come into a house to choose free items from an array of donated clothing and hear teaching about God providing for our needs. In early June we had a short-term team from Adventures In Missions (AIM) serve with us. They prayer walked through Maruntei and invited kids and youth in the village to some sports activities. Two girls from the team organized a flag worship performance as well. We were so grateful for their help with administrative needs that can be timeconsuming to handle on our own. They spent

-Youth Camp- Next month (July 2016) we will be taking a group of youth from Draganesti-Olt and its surrounding villages for a Beach Retreat at the Black Sea. We will be bringing two teenage boys (Alex and Iohhny) from Maruntei. Another girl from the village will be coming with another I organized a big soccer championship with young boys from Maruntei, Draganesti, and Comani. About 25 young boys aged 16-25 participated and had a blast! Following the soccer games, everyone came to Hope Church in Draganesti for ice cream and soda, and a man from the AIM team, Kevin, shared his testimony. We are continuing to faithfully visit Maruntei several times a week. We know the Lord will grow the seeds we are planting now as we build relationships with the people of Maruntei. We are also carrying on with our Kids Club and street evangelism. Prayer Requests: -Growth and Fruit- Pray for the 25 young boys who heard Kevin s testimony at the soccer championship. Pray that God will bring they will remember the words and grow fruit from it missionary from Draganesti. We are praying this trip will give these youth exposure to the Gospel in a unique and fun setting and give them the opportunity to worship and learn about our Lord with believers their age. -Mission House- We have inquired about several houses and properties for sale in Maruntei. We are waiting for the Lord s perfect timing. We will also need to fundraise for this need. -Building Our MIssion Team- Pray the Lord will bring more missionaries who share the vision for this ministry and are ready to serve with us. We understnad more and more our need to build a team, relieve some burden from us, recruit people, and invest in the people. Not overwhelm us by trying to do too much, bild relationships with people we can t keep up with all of them, etc. Invite partners to continue to pray for new members of our team and please tell others about the need here if they have a desire for full-time overseas missions or are from Romania to this campaign Hope for Maruntei. Strengthen the idea of teamwork

valued by Jesus bc surrounded by team for ministry, it s biblical, effective, apostles did the same, scriptures teach us to do the same. We can t fight alone, trying to start slow by myself, but build my team first then go in strong. Build small relationships, continue Kids Club and small events, but concentrating for 1-2 years to build team of around 5. Invitation, wisdom, balance btw ministry and building team focus -Berechet Family- Please continue to pray for our family. We rely on the Lord for strength and wisdom as we serve His Kingdom daily. Dumitru Mircea & Cornelia missionaries in Corabia For us, the missionaries serving in Corabia, we put a lot of value on partnership and working together. This June, God allowed us to be blessed to work with a brother named Radu, from an organization called Operational Mobilization (O.M.). We met together with the director of a high school in Corabia to discuss partnering with their school for an upcoming event. They were open to the idea, and agreed to allow us to host this event. We believe God is opening this door as an opportunity to minister to these students. The event will take place on July 25-29 th. Please pray that many students will attend the event and that God will use this time according to His will. This month we and a team of youth from Canada visited a Christian family from a nearby village called Tia Mare to bring them some encouragement. We also did some street evangelism walks in Corabia. One young man shared a powerful testimony about God s conviction in his life when he was living two lives, living part of the time as a religious pretender and part of the time according to his own desires. We loved hearing about how God radically changed his life. We are happy to welcome Justin Schneider, who is coming from the International Messengers organization and will be in Romania for the next 18 months. He will be staying in Craiova, and will join us to work alongside Doug Droll in Corabia twice a week. This month the three of us went on the street in a new area of Corabia to pray, meet people, and take the first steps toward beginning a new cell group there. Please join us in praying for this community and that the Lord would lead us to people whose hearts He has already begun to stir. We have a Bible camp this summer for children in Corabia. Together with a team from America and a team of translators, our mission team will be working to bring the Gospel message to the children who attend. This camp will include

times for Bible study, verse memorization, songs, games, and fellowship. Please pray that many children will come and that we will help point their eyes toward Jesus. Please also remember our team members in your prayers: Mircea, Cornelia, Adrian, Justin, and Laviniu. Ion si Cristina Vlad missionaries in PERIETI, LISA summer. Pray that God will transform their lives and their families. We are going to have this summer different events for kids or adults. We need wisdom and guidance from Holy Spirit to reach the people in our community and many more to come to know Christ as their personal Saviour. Because our ministry is a dinamic one we need the ministry car to be repaired. Please pray for this need of our ministry. Thank you for making time to read and May God bless you. Praise God for everything we did the month of June. Together with pastor Raul I was in Balkans. The purpose of this trip was to bring the hope of Christ to the people and to get to know better the world race teams who worked for different ministries. They will come to work alonside us in August. Because they serve our ministry so well we wanted to serve them by helping with the transport. Please join me in prayer for 10 children and 10 teenagers who will attend the camps this Opris Daniel & Lidia, missionaries in Coteana In the month of June, I made evangelistic visits to several people who have visited our church. One woman who asked to be visited had invited her neighbors and relatives to her house to hear our message. They were told how to repent and

follow Jesus. We encouraged this woman in particular to accept Christ and get baptized, but she has been putting off her decision for salvation. Please pray for this woman to understand the urgency of this decision and come to know the Lord soon. Recently during street evangelism, I met a young man who struggles with alcoholism. I shared my testimony with him and told him that the Lord can help him to overcome this sin and change his life forever. Please pray also for this man to repent and receive Jesus in his heart. We are taking a break from our regular cell group meetings for the summer season. We will begin meeting again starting in September. faithfulness in following our newsletters and praying for our needs. God bless you! Hope Community Association The month of June could not have started better. On the 1st of June we celebrated the Chidren s day. We had a party for the kids in our Afterschool program. We surprise the children with games, cake, and other fun activities. We all had a woderful time. Just as a flower needs water, sun and other conditions to grow and to blossom the same is true with children. When you give children love, encouragement and appreciation they will grow as well. I believe these studies have helped us understand our Savior s life and drawn us deeper in our understanding of Him. I have attached a picture to help you remember to pray for the members of our cell group. I plan to continue to visit and encourage them throughout the summer. Thank you for your

We did something special for the kids who had good attendance in the program. This year we took the kids to a day camp in Caracal. During the summer I tutor the children that need help with their studies. We hope that the children will take advantage of this opportunity. It was sad when the children found out that Alina will move in another city and she will not work in the After school program. But for me also is sad because again I have to find someonelese to work. Pray that God will send that person. Please pray for: - workers and volunteers to help at Hope for the community - that God would provide a permanent building for us - partners to join us in this ministy Thank you for your prayers and support! Adrian & Dana Jurge, missionaries in Craiova In the month of June we had to move to a new house in Craiova. It was not easy to move a third time but God gave us strength. The ministry with students continues and God has given me a new strategy to reach the students.. With the help of christian students we were able to evangelize to non christian. Through this evangelism I met some muslim students and have built relationships with them. One of the students that I met named Abdul showed interest in discussing christianity, islam and God. We discussed religion 30 minutes. It was a very encouranging time for me and I look forward to have more discussions with Abdul. During this discussion I noticed another group of muslim students and I saw a need for a ministry to work with muslim students. I am seeking the Lord s guidance to start the ministry to foucus on spreading God s love to Muslim students. I have noticed that is different to work with the muslim students than with the romanian students. When talking with the muslim students it is important to be prepared for deeper theological and apologetic discussions. I challeged the christian students to meet together once a month to pray for the other students and teachers. Please join me in praying that the Lord would provide other missionaries to work with the students and people to partner with us. I thank God for His love and protection for my family.
