While enroute dispatch advised three people left the address in a two tone Dodge truck. The vehicle was located and Matthew D. Valentine was taken into custody on active Camden County warrants. Upon completion of the evaluation I determined Miss Eldridge was under the influence of a Central Nervous System Depressant and Narcotic Analgesic.
