A NEW INITIATIVE FOR BENGALI PARISHIONERS St. Bartholomew Church will hold Mass in Bengali on Sunday, September 2, 2018 at 4.00 P.M. in the Chapel. There will be confession from 3.30 P.M. The feast of St. Teresa of Calcutta is on September 5. Hence, the First Sunday Bengali Mass will be in Thanksgiving to God and to celebrate the Feast of St. Teresa of Calcutta. With this mass in Bengali, the Bengali community hopes to continue every month on the first Sunday of the month. Soon after the mass there will be a fellowship in the Heafey Hall. We can not provide any of these documents to people not registered in the parish. SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION (Confession) There are two times every Saturday for confessions in the main church: 4 pm and 6:30 pm. Also Thursday at 6:30pm in the Chapel. We now have two priests assigned during these times to make it convenient and less time to wait. Please do your part.come as close as possible to these confession times. Take advantage of this wonderful opportunity of God s mercy and love. FAITH FORMATION PROGRAM Over 800 children are now enrolled in the faith formation program. Space is limited and so are the number of catechists we have. We expect over 1000 children this year. You are encouraged to register your child NOW please do not wait any longer.
