David Hawkins Subject: FW: Support for Oak Hill Estates rezoning in Keller Original Message From: Walker Beach Sent: Friday, June 27, 2014 12:29 AM To: Cassandra Harashe; David Hawkins Cc: Braxton Corley Subject: Support for Oak Hill Estates rezoning in Keller Hi David and Cassie, I am emailing to indicate my official support for the rezoning of the Oak Hill Estates development on Randol Mill in Keller. I am the land owner of 898 Randol Mill & 896 Randol Mill Ave in Keller which is adjacent to almost half of the lots in this proposed development. I, along with my neighbor Braxton Corley who owns 894 Randol Mill Ave in Keller, humbly request the city council grant the requested rezoning adjustments for the Oak Hill Estates development. As this requested SF25 status has already been granted to most of the adjacent Wildwood community and matches the land plan use for this area, I think this is a reasonable and well received request for Keller and it s residents. As a former resident of Wildwood, I have spoken with several current Wildwood residents and all I have spoken with are very grateful the developer would invest in this area and convert this portion of land from it's current condition to a high end custom home community that will compliment Wildwood and secure our investment in the area from any potential future development options that would be less desirable. We are aware that a flyer was sent out to Wildwood residents by an unnamed party contesting the development and cited inaccurate information trying to discourage support. The Wildwood residents and other Keller residents who received this notice are concerned and ask that the city council take in to consideration that false information has been spread and may result in opposition. I trust any voiced opposition will be challenged as to their reasoning and corrected if based on this false information. I ask that our official support be held in equal or greater measure to any opposition that may come forward as we are the neighbors most effected, along with Fellowship Church who has endorsed this development venture as well. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to show my support and we look forward to being present to support this development on July 1st. Thank you as always for your tremendous service to our community, we are so appreciative for all you have done for us and our city. Gratefully, M. Fellowship Church is the land owner of 2525 Florence Rd. and 1000 Randol Mill Rd. We are adjacent to almost half of the lots in the proposed development. Fellowship Church respectfully request the City Council grant the requested rezoning adjustments for the proposed Oak Hill Estates development. It is our understanding the requested SF25 status has already been granted to most of the adjacent Wildwood community and is consistent with the land plan use for this area. We believe this reasonable request will be a positive addition within our great community. Please let me know if there is anything else we can do to show the support of our Church. We look forward to being present to support this development on July 1st. Thank you for your time and consideration and for all you do to make Keller the great city it is today.
