The Elizabeth Ministry is delighted to present a heart-focused evening of relaxation, learning and stress relief. Join us for an evening with you in mind: The theme is "Spiritual Gifts," and will include wine and appetizers, connecting with other women from the parish and the highlight will be a relaxing introduction to HeartMath - a new study of techniques that connect you to your inner heart compass and have proven to be one of the greatest tools for stress reduction. Wednesday, April 17: 7:00-8:30 p.m.- 2nd Floor, Benedict Center Facilitators: Barbe Creagh LCSW, PhD and Kathleen Cullen Conway LCSW Bring a friend and join us for a wonderful evening! To ensure we have enough supplies, an RSVP to elizabethministry.qas@gmail.com is appreciated but not required! We will gather to learn the three easy steps that make up the Quick Coherence Technique: (1) heart focus; (2) heart-focused breathing; (3) heartfeeling. SAVE THE DATE ENSHRINEMENT AND FEAST DAY CELEBRATION INAUGURAL LITURGY AND RITE OF BLESSING SAN PEDRO CALUNGSOD On October 21st, 2012, Pope Benedict XVI canonized the second Filipino saint, San Pedro Calungsod, at St. Peter s Basilica in Vatican City. The Filipino community takes great pride and joy in the sainthood of this teenage Filipino lay catechist who died in the service of the Lord. Several miracles had been attributed though his intercessions. His life is an inspiration to all of the young people in the world.
