Jesus said: This is My Body This is My Blood Could you not watch one hour with Me? WHEN? Any hour of the day or night, any day of the week. WHERE? The Blessed Sacrament Chapel here at St. Joseph Church. WHY? To give God the adoration that is due Him and to continue our thanksgiving for the sacrament of the Eucharist. WHY COMMIT? The exposed Blessed Sacrament must never be left alone. There are 168 hours in the week and we must know that someone will be there each hour. Guardians permit the chapel to remain open for anyone who wants to visit. GUARDIAN? A Guardian of the Blessed Sacrament is an adorer who commits to visit Jesus each week at a particular time. For example you might choose Tuesday at 6PM or Sunday at 2AM. The choice is yours. Every hour is a good one and Jesus will be waiting for you! NO TIME? How much time do you spend on the internet, Facebook or in other leisure activities? No other activity is worth as much as an hour with our Lord. WHAT S IN IT FOR ME? The rewards are out of this world! Truly heavenly! HOW DO I SIGN UP? Call the rectory 343-6013, or call Clarice or Marty Suchy 845-692-4510. Perpetual Adoration at the Church of St. Joseph 149 Cottage Street Middletown, NY 10940
