Homemade cookies are a special treat in our lunches and we need two hundred (200) servings of cookies. We would like to have 2-3 cookies per serving in a baggie for easy packing. Volunteers to pack are always welcomed. OUR LADY OF VICTORY CHURCH October 28, 2018 RELIGIOUS EDUCATION Love Always! Have respect for each other. If God chose me, He chose you. If He loves me, He loves you. If He trusts me, He trusts you. Never use ugly words for each other. Don't try to see what is bad. Find out what is nice about each other. St. Teresa of Calcutta Religious Ed This Sunday 9:30 am Pre-K through 5th Grades Today the children will celebrate All Saint's Day in the Parish Life Center! Take your child to their classroom and pick up from their classroom. They will be in the PLC watching the 4th graders give their Saints Presentations. Please return your baby bottles of change or checks made out to PDHC by October 28th to the Religious Ed office or to the Church office. You may also bring them to mass and put them in the Sacristy. CHOSEN Class today 9:40 am 6-8th Grades 8th grade to Victory Hall today for class 6th and 7th Grades to normal class spaces. Don't forget to bring in your donations for Bundled with Love, a non-profit started by an OLV parishioner, Ashlee Lawson. Donations are to be clean, folded, stain free and buttoned up. All items should be for ages 0-18 months, please! Accepting bibs, blankets, books, clothing in sizes 0-18 months, hats, pajamas, sensory toys, shoes, sleep sacks, socks, teething rings (no liquid) and towels. Donation boxes are located in the vestibule of the Church or in the Religious Ed Hallway. Donations of non-perishable food items can be dropped off throughout the month to the Religious Ed hallway. We wish we could capture the joy these dinners and desserts bring to these families - it makes our hearts smile. We were thrilled to have some young ones join us for the first time to serve these families - Jackson, Zachary, Andrea and Maria. We served nearly 190 moms, dads, children, teens and grandmothers (yes, grandmothers). We don't know their stories, but we do know each family has a story. For one night they definitely knew someone cared - you cared. Thank you! THE MARTIN DE PORRES CENTER IS HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE THE ANNUAL FEAST DAY CELEBRATION OF ST.
