Welcome! We are glad you are here! Whether you are visiting with us or part of our regular Church Family, may you sense God s presence and know the depth of His peace as we share in worship together. Please welcome our Guest Speaker: Peter Pollock Peter Pollock is a man of many parts famous international cricketer, journalist, columnist, author, poet, business executive, sports administrator, family man and disciple of JESUS CHRIST. Whatever he does bears the stamp of commitment to the pursuit of excellence. Never content with the mediocre, he has discovered in his relationship with Jesus Christ, a new depth and meaning in the disciplined drive that characterizes his life. A special offering will be taken at the end of the service for his ministry. TONIGHT @ 6.30 Please join us as our Guest Speaker, Peter Pollock, shares with us again. You might be a party planner, run your own business or wish to sell items that you or a friend have made. It's an opportunity to not only share some Christmas ideas but get some Christmas shopping done! It's going to be a great day out for the whole family! Christmas Hampers Donations of Christmas specialty goods, gift cards and cash are being collected now for our annual custom of blessing families in need, within and outside of our WBC family. If you would like to donate, please drop in items at the pantry drops located near the Info Booth and Library (cash or gift cards can be handed in to the church office) We would ask that donations of food be well within the use by date as we cannot distribute food that is past the expiration date. The October Theme is: Christmas Specialty Food Items New Ministry To Migrants Have you recently migrated to Perth? Would you like some help or support getting settled or integrating into the Australian way? A New Ministry has begun at WBC and we are eager to journey with you! We are looking for people who can use their skills, time, resources and or connections to support this ministry, such as: moving house, a tradie, hospitality, financial support, language or driving skills. LaserCorps Family Event Men s Fellowship are hosting an event for the whole family on: Sunday 20th November 2pm to 4.30pm Cost: $32 p/person It will be a fun time of battling the elements and each other. (This event may not be suitable for children under 8 due to the weight of the equipment to be carried). AWANA Fridays 5.30 7.00pm This kids club for ages 3-11 incorporates teamwork games time, handbook time and council time while exploring faith. GIRLS BRIGADE Tuesday 5.00 6.15pm PP-Yr. 2 Tuesday 6.30 8.15pm Yr. 3-12 GB offers an award-type program to help girls grow spiritually, socially, mentally and physically.
