The two white roses are placed in loving memory of Ray and Jewel Turman. Ray passed away April 23, 2018 and Jewell on January 14th of this year. Both were faithful servants of our church for many years. Super Bowl Sunday Lunch. Next Sunday, February 3 rd, we are having our Annual Super Bowl Sunday Lunch in the fellowship hall following church. Please join us for this time of fellowship. Ruth Jones Circle. Ruth Jones Circle will meet at the home of Martha O Cain tomorrow, January 28 th at 7 PM. Belinda Roark and Martha O Cain are the hostesses. Volunteer needed. We are looking for a volunteer that would like to be in charge of the Acolytes on Sunday mornings. Anyone interested can see Bro. David, Brooke Chandler or Angela Teasley for more information. Youth. Starting February 6 th the youth will meet on Wednesday nights from 5:45-6:45 PM instead of Sundays. If you have not received an e-newsletter, or if you wish to receive future e- newsletters, please complete the sign-up form in the fellowship hall. Ongoing Opportunities Quilting Group meets the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month at 10:00 am. Mature Years will meet the 1st Wednesday of every month at 2:30. RECORDS UPDATE...Please let the church office know if any changes need to be made to the Concerns of Our Church Family list. Stretching in the Spirit Exercise Class meets every Monday and Wednesday at 8:30 am. MISSION OPPORTUNITIES FEBRUARY S COMMUNION OFFERING Vacation Bible School February s communion offering is in support of our 2019 Vacation Bible School. This year s theme is To Mars and Beyond-Explore Where God s Power can take you! The dates are June 10-13 th from 9:00-11:30 AM. Learning, fellowship and fun are experienced by approximately 50 children with the support of approximately 20 teachers and assistants. Ages 4 through those who have completed sixth grade are encouraged to attend this wonderful event in June. SECOND SUNDAY HARVEST Grace Episcopal Church partnered with the Mississippi Food Network to provide food to the neediest among us. Grace Food Pantry is open from 10:00am-1:00 pm on the fourth Thursday of each month at Grace.
