Welcome T Liturgy of the Word I THE WORD IN MY LIFE: Parish Garden Growing Goodness We re on the Green this weekend at the town s July 4th celebration. Look for the sign above on our St. Jeanne Jugan Parish tent. Stop by for a visit, volunteer an hour or two helping to distribute Catholic items and literature, and hel us spread the word about our parish and our Catholic faith. This summer volunteers from Holy Family Church planted and have been tending a garden behind St. Joseph s Residence for the Little Sisters of the Poor. Dubbed the St. Jeanne Jugan Garden, it is beginning to reap produce that is being used by the kitchen staff at St. Joseph s in the preparation of meals for residents. Any parishioner interested in helping with the garden by weeding, watering or harvesting, please contact Father Tim. It s a great opportunity for families to get their hands dirty and help out the Little Sisters at the same time.
