To run the event we need loads of helpers, for craft activities, welcomers on the door, musicians and refreshment makers! Please let Sarah or Ellen know if you can help - those leading stalls will need to complete child protection paperwork if not already DBS cleared by the church Contact Sarah Moppett 0115 0744442 after 8pm or Ellen s details are on the back of the bulletin. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age Revision of the Electoral Roll The Electoral Roll is the church's membership list and register of electors. You need to be on it to attend the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (AGM) on Sunday 29th April and to vote in elections to the Parochial Church Council (PCC) and Deanery Synod. If you wish to stand for election to either of these bodies you must have been on the Electoral Roll for not less than six months, you must be over 16 and you must be an 'actual communicant' as defined in rule 54(1) of the Church Representation Rules. From Sunday 25 th March there will be a board in church with the names of the people on the current Electoral Roll so that you can check that you are on it. If not, and you are over 15, please fill in an application form. One side of the form is the application for enrolment, the other is for additional voluntary information to help us if we need to contact you. Next year we will need to compile a completely new electoral roll and everybody will be required to fill in an application form. If anybody on the list has moved or died in the last year please tell Richard Crawley. For further information, contact Richard on 07768 886846 or richard.crawley1@gmail.com. Calling all Cricketers! From the Friends International Prayer Diary: Every year some 4,000 people attend the Word Alive conference, including a huge number of university students. This year s event, 7th 12th April, will as usual have a dedicated gathering and teaching series for international students, organised by Friends International and OMF. Please pray for this year s conference and for the international students who will attend. Pray that their hearts would be open to receive and that the non-christians would come to a clear understanding of the truth during the week.

Collect: Gracious Father, you gave up your Son out of love for the world: lead us to ponder the mysteries of his passion, that we may know eternal peace through the shedding of our Saviour s blood, Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen. Prayer after Communion: Lord Jesus Christ, you humbled yourself in taking the form of a servant, and in obedience died on the cross for our salvation: give us the mind to follow you and to proclaim you as Lord and King, to the glory of God the Father.
