Covenant Part 4 Why did Mashiyach become flesh? Secondly, If I ask the question why did He become flesh, that means He must have preexisted. Some of these things we will be going over. John 3:13 And no man has ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven. 1Cor. 15:45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. 1Cor. 15:46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual. 1Cor. 15:47 The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is Yahuah from heaven. 1Cor. 15:48 As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly. 1Cor. 15:49 And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. If we agree with this translation in verse 47, we will have to ask ourselves a question. Can He die? We will know in just a minute that this is a requirement to seal this covenant. 1Tim. 6:13 I give you charge in the sight of Alahiym, who quickens all things, and before Mashiyach Yahusha, who before Pontius Pilate witnessed a good confession; 1Tim. 6:14 That you keep this commandment without spot, unrebukeable, until the appearing of our Master Yahusha Mashiyach: 1Tim. 6:15 Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Master of masters; 1Tim. 6:16 Who only has immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man has seen, nor can see: to whom be honor and power everlasting. Amen. John 5:26 For as the Father has life in himself; so has he given to the Son to have life in himself; We can see that Yahuah gave His son life in Himself. But The Father Himself already had it. So there was a process in which this is to take place. But before we go over this process, what was His purpose for coming in the first place? Luke 19:9 And Yahusha said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham. Luke 19:10 For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost. Matt. 20:28 Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many. So we can see His purpose was to save that which was lost, and to give life. The process in which to give life requires an agreement of a covenant. Before we talk about the covenant, let s continue the process from Him coming from one form into another.
Phil. 2:5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Mashiyach Yahusha: Phil. 2:6 Who, being in the form {image} of Alahiym, thought it not robbery to be equal with Alahiym: ESV. 2:6 who, though he was in the form {image} of Alahiym, did not count equality with Alahiym a thing to be grasped, Phil. 2:7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: Phil. 2:8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the stake. Phil. 2:9 Wherefore Alahiym also has highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: Phil. 2:10 That at the name of Yahusha every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; Phil. 2:11 And that every tongue should confess that Yahusha Mashiyach is Sovereign {Master}, to the esteem of Alahiym the Father. What we can see is Yahusha came in the flesh. He emptied Himself. This lets us know He preexisted. He was made in the likeness of men. He being found in the fashion as a man humbled himself. Can you see that a transformation took place? John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with Alahiym, and the Word was Alahiym. John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his esteem, the esteem as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of favor and truth. Now that the Word {the expressed image} of Yahuah has come, we need to see His process of which His covenant was made for. Many times you hear, He came to do away with the law, but not one time do you hear Him ever teach this. Let us see what His covenant have made for. Heb. 9:16 For where a covenant {testament} is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator. 1242. διαθήκη diatheke, dee-ath-ay -kay; from 1303; properly, a disposition, i.e. (specially) a contract (especially a devisory will): covenant, testament. {ESV}Heb. 9:16 For where a will is involved, the death of the one who made it must be established. Heb. 9:17 For a covenant {testament} is of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator lives. Heb. 9:18 Whereupon neither the first covenant {testament} was dedicated without blood. Heb. 9:19 For when Mushah {Mosheh/Moses} had spoken every precept to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and of goats, with water, and scarlet wool, and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book, and all the people, Heb. 9:20 Saying, This is the blood of the covenant {testament} which Alahiym has enjoined unto
you. Heb. 9:21 Moreover he sprinkled with blood both the tabernacle, and all the vessels of the ministry. Heb. 9:22 And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission. Matt. 26:28 For this is my blood of the new covenant {testament}, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. Luke 24:47 And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. Lev. 17:11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that makes an atonement for the soul. The blood is for the remission of sin. That means to forgive, Pardon, cleans or atone. 2Cor. 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Mashiyach, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. o What does new mean? This means to be renewed in mind, thought, and action, but new in spirit. 2Cor. 5:18 And all things are of Alahiym, who has reconciled us to himself by Yahusha Mashiyach, and has given to us the ministry of reconciliation; 2Cor. 5:19 To wit, that Alahiym was in Mashiyach, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and has committed unto us the word of reconciliation. 2Cor. 5:20 Now then we are ambassadors for Mashiyach, as though Alahiym did beseech you by us: we pray you in Mashiyach s stead, be you reconciled to Alahiym. 2Cor. 5:21 For he has made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of Alahiym in him. Heb. 9:25 Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest enters into the set-apart place every year with blood of others; Heb. 9:26 For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world has he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself. Rev. 13:8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. In order to be slain or to suffer He would have to be emptied from a being that could not be slain or pierced.
Psa. 8:3 When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have ordained; Psa. 8:4 What is man, that you are mindful of him? and the son of man, that you visit him? Psa. 8:5 For you have made him a little lower than the malakiym {messengers/angels}, and have crowned him with esteem and honor. Psa. 8:6 You made him to have dominion over the works of your hands; you have put all things under his feet: Heb. 2:5 For unto the malakiym {messengers/angels} has he not put in subjection the world to come, whereof we speak. Heb. 2:6 But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that you are mindful of him? or the son of man, that you visit him? Heb. 2:7 You made him a little lower than the malakiym {messengers/angels} ; you crowned him with esteem and honor, and did set him over the works of your hands: Heb. 2:8 You have put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing that is not put under him. But now we see not yet all things put under {1 Cor. 15:24-25} him. Heb. 2:9 But we see Yahusha, who was made a little lower than the malakiym {messengers/angels} for the suffering of death, crowned with esteem and honor; that he by the favor of Alahiym should taste death for every man. Zech. 12:9 And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem. Zech. 12:10 And I will pour upon the house of Daud {Dawid/David}, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of favor and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourns for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn. The evidence cited above demonstrates that, even though Yahusha changed his substance (i.e., being transformed from a ruach being to a composite ruach and flesh form), his mental life or self continued. That is, he never died during this process in order to become a man, he only was transformed into a man. Luke 2:25 And, behold, there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon; and the same man was just and devout, waiting for the consolation of Yashra al {Yisrael/Israel} : and the Set-apart Spirit was upon him. Luke 2:26 And it was revealed unto him by the Set-apart Spirit, that he should not see death, before he had seen Yahuah s Mashiyach. Luke 2:27 And he came by the Spirit into the temple: and when the parents brought in the child Yahusha, to do for him after the custom of the law, Luke 2:28 Then took he him up in his arms, and blessed Alahiym, and said, Luke 2:29 Yahuah, now let you your servant depart in peace, according to your word: Luke 2:30 For mine eyes have seen your salvation, Luke 2:31 Which you have prepared before the face of all people; Luke 2:32 A light to lighten the Gentiles, and the esteem of your people Yashra al {Yisrael/Israel}.
In order to receive the eternal inheritance from the will, Yahusha had to become a fleshly descendant (seed) of Abraham, through whom the promises came, and, with the advent of the handwritten T [h] urah, come under the conditions of that T [h] urah. Gal. 4:1 Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differ nothing from a servant, though he be master of all; Gal. 4:2 But is under tutors and governors until the time appointed of the father. Gal. 4:3 Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world: Gal. 4:4 But when the fullness of the time was come, Alahiym sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, Gal. 4:5 To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. The kingship is promised to Abraham Gen. 17:6 And I will make you exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of you, and kings shall come out of you. Gen. 35:9 And Alahiym appeared unto Ya aqub {Ya aqob/jacob} again, when he came out of Padanaram, and blessed him. Gen. 35:10 And Alahiym said unto him, Your name is Ya aqub {Ya aqob/jacob} : your name shall not be called any more Ya aqub {Ya aqob/jacob}, but Yashra al {Yisrael/Israel} shall be your name: and he called his name Yashra al {Yisrael/Israel}. Gen. 35:11 And Alahiym said unto him, I am Alahiym Almighty: be fruitful and multiply; a nation and a company of nations shall be of you, and kings shall come out of your loins; Rev. 1:5 And from Yahusha Mashiyach, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, Heb. 2:16 For verily he took not on him the nature of malakiym {messengers/angels} ; but he took on him the seed of Abraham. Gen. 15:7 And he said unto him, I am Yahuah that brought you out of Ur of the Chaldees, to give you this land to inherit it. Gen. 15:8 And he said, Aduniy {Adoni} Yahuah, whereby shall I know that I shall inherit it? Gen. 15:9 And he said unto him, Take me an heifer of three years old, and a she goat of three years old, and a ram of three years old, and a turtledove, and a young pigeon. Gen. 15:10 And he took unto him all these, and divided them in the midst, and laid each piece one against another: but the birds divided he not. Gen. 15:11 And when the fowls came down upon the carcases, Abram drove them away. Gen. 15:12 And when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram; and, lo, an horror of great darkness fell upon him. Gen. 15:13 And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that your seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years;
Gen. 15:14 And also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge: and afterward shall they come out with great substance. Gen. 15:15 And you shall go to your fathers in peace; you shall be buried in a good old age. Gen. 15:16 But in the fourth generation they shall come hither again: for the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet full. Gen. 15:17 And it came to pass, that, when the sun went down, and it was dark, behold a smoking furnace, and a burning lamp that passed between those pieces. Gen. 15:18 In the same day Yahuah made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto your seed have I given this land, from the river of Mitsraiym {Egypt} unto the great river, the river Euphrates: Ex. 2:23 And it came to pass in process of time, that the king of Mitsraiym {Egypt} died: and the children of Yashra al {Yisrael/Israel} sighed by reason of the bondage, and they cried, and their cry came up unto Alahiym by reason of the bondage. Ex. 2:24 And Alahiym heard their groaning, and Alahiym remembered his covenant with Abraham, with Yatskaq {Yitskaq/Isaac}, and with Ya aqub {Ya aqob/jacob}. Ex. 24:3 And Mushah {Mosheh/Moses} came and told the people all the words of Yahuah, and all the judgments: and all the people answered with one voice, and said, All the words which Yahuah has said will we do. Ex. 24:4 And Mushah {Mosheh/Moses} wrote all the words of Yahuah, and rose up early in the morning, and built an altar under the hill, and twelve pillars, according to the twelve tribes of Yashra al {Yisrael/Israel}. Ex. 24:5 And he sent young men of the children of Yashra al {Yisrael/Israel}, which offered burnt offerings, and sacrificed peace offerings of oxen unto Yahuah. Ex. 24:6 And Mushah {Mosheh/Moses} took half of the blood, and put it in basons; and half of the blood he sprinkled on the altar. Ex. 24:7 And he took the book of the covenant, and read in the audience of the people: and they said, All that Yahuah has said will we do, and be obedient. Ex. 24:8 And Mushah {Mosheh/Moses} took the blood, and sprinkled it on the people, and said, Behold the blood of the covenant, which Yahuah has made with you concerning all these words. Luke 1:70 As he spoke by the mouth of his set-apart prophets, which have been since the world began: Luke 1:71 That we should be saved from our enemies, and from the hand of all that hate us; Luke 1:72 To perform the mercy promised to our fathers, and to remember his set-apart covenant; Luke 1:73 The oath which he swore to our father Abraham, Matt. 26:28 For this is my blood of the new covenant {testament}, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. Rom. 9:3 For I could wish that myself were accursed from Mashiyach for my brethren, my kinsmen according to the flesh: Rom. 9:4 Who are Israelites; to whom pertains the adoption, and the esteem, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service of Alahiym, and the promises;
Rom. 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Yashra al {Yisrael/Israel}, until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in. Rom. 11:26 And so all Yashra al {Yisrael/Israel} shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Zion the Deliverer, and shall turn away wickedness from Ya aqub {Ya aqob/jacob} : Rom. 11:27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins. Heb. 10:16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says Yahuah, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; Heb. 10:29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose you, shall he be thought worthy, who has trodden underfoot the Son of Alahiym, and has counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was purified, an wicked thing, and has done despite unto the Spirit of favor? Heb. 13:20 Now the Alahiym of peace, that brought again from the dead our Master Yahusha, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,
