ANNOUNCEMENTS Finance Committee: Anyone with cost-saving or fundraising ideas should email them to finance@epiphanysudbury.org, or put them in the Finance Committee suggestion box outside the church office. The Finance Committee will review all submissions or pass them on to the appropriate committee. For follow-up please include contact info. The suggestion box will be available throughout March and April. Help needed! April has 5 Sundays. That means it s Epiphany s turn to supply 25 loaves of sandwiches to the Elgin Street Mission on Sunday April 29th. If you can make one or two loaves please sign the list on the Algoma Room Bulletin Board or e-mail Barb Bolton at boltonrb@persona.ca with your offer. Many hands make light work! Rummage Sale: Will be held on April 18 and we are looking for donations. These can be dropped off at the office. Please see Dorothy Larsen for more information. Fair Trade Coffee Packets: A gentle reminder that the fair-trade coffee packets are purchased for our coffee hour and not for general church use. If you do wish to use them for your own group or function, please purchase or replace. See Gwen Chmilar for more information. Eucharistic Assistants: Our roster of Eucharistic Assistants is getting thin! If this is a ministry to which you feel you may be called, please speak to Marion Collinson. Parish Directory: It is time to re-do our photo-directory and we need a coordinator. Do you like calling people? Organizing events? Do you have some extra time to volunteer to the parish? Please let Fr. Tim know if you are interested in heading up this important project. Bulletin Mail-out: Do you have some time for, and interest in a vital, but behind the scenes ministry? We need a person or persons to look after mailing out our bulletins and monthly event calendars to our shut in members. If you would like to contribute to our common life in this way, please let Fr. Tim know.
