Practice Water Mindfulness: assess your water consumption and make efforts to reduce the amount of water you use. A few examples/tips: 1) You can save up to 5 gallons of water per day if you brush your teeth without running the water. 2) Cut 2 minutes off of your shower time! (you can do this by shaving with the water off, or lathering up quicker). Reducing the amount of time you spend in the shower will conserve more than 10 gallons of water per shower. 3) Visit the link below to calculate your water footprint. http://environment.nationalgeographic.com/enviroment/freshwater/change-the-course/waterfootprint-calculator/ Please check www.olossharon.org for a complete calendar of events at OLOS Workshop for Families: Caring for Children-Healing the Dysfunctions in our Families Sunday, September 18, all families face challenges particularly how they interact.
