Join us as we welcome the leading expert in the history of the secret Jews of New Mexico. Dr. Hordes, who served as the New Mexico State Historian, now operates a private historical consulting firm. Dr. Hordes' lecture will explore the history of the secret Jews of New Mexico, from their origins in the forced conversions in Spain in the 14th and 15th centuries, down to the present. Tickets are available in the Temple office. Celebrate Simchat Torah With Us! Join us for our festive Simchat Torah service on Monday evening, October 19th at 7 : 30 p.m. The service will include the traditional processions around the synagogue with the Torah scrolls. Families with young children are cordially invited to this special service. Refreshments will be served. Thank You!
