Remember a loved one at Christmas time with a Christmas Angel Decoration This is a unique way of celebrating and remembering the life of someone special to you, or commemorating a life lost in the Great War between 1914 and 1918, whilst helping to ensure that the music of The Chapel Royal continues for generations to come. Each donation of a minimum of 10, made to the Choral Foundation, secures a beautiful Christmas Angel Decoration. This will have the name of the person you nominate written on it and will then be hung on a Christmas tree in The Chapel Royal from the 1st Sunday in Advent to the end of December. In addition, the names of those commemorated in this way will be recorded in a book which will be displayed in the Chapel from Tuesday 6th January until the end of Christmastide on 2nd February and which is then kept in the Chapel records in perpetuity. An example of the Christmas Angel Decoration will be displayed at the back of the Chapel from the 1st Sunday in advent. Unfortunately, it is not possible to distribute them after Christmas. To reserve your Christmas Angel, please place the completed form, together with your donation in the envelope provided and place it in the large donation box at the back of the Chapel. A representative of The Choral Foundation will take care of the rest. For the last two years, the Christmas Angels have proved very popular and so I suggest that you register your interest as soon as possible so that your personal Angel can be displayed throughout Advent.
