Daily Prayers and Meditations Last year, when the congregation joined together in reading The Path,an abridged version of the Bible, Grace Church sent out a daily email with a reading and prayer. We have also sent out daily meditations written by parishioners at various times. A number of people have expressed interest in continuing to receive daily meditations and prayers by email. There are a variety of online meditations and prayers available, most of which can come to you by email every day. If you are interested in receiving such daily material, here is information to help you. Forward Day by Day is sponsored by the Episcopal Church. They have several offerings including daily meditations and guidance for praying the daily office. General information about these options can be obtained here:

Grace Church Events Saturday, November 10 th, 9: 00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. - Parish Hall Clean Up Lend a hand in raking up the leaves, cleaning beds and other outdoor tasks. Also, working to straighten up the Parish Hall. Lunch to be followed in Parish Hall.
Our Whale of a Sale is over, and it was a wonderful success. Thanks to everyone who donated items, worked the set-up, the sale, and the clean-up. And a HUGE thanks to all who shopped and brought their family and friends to the sale. We wanted to also let all of you who took the time to clean out their closets, pack their contributions and haul them to the Parish House that your donations are the gifts that keep on giving! Of course, the money raised will be put to good use as we continue to fund our many outreach programs. However, did you know that even when all the shopping is done on Sunday and people leave with overflowing bags, we still have LOTS of merchandise to give away? This year we donated our surplus items to Dutchess Outreach, and "The Barn" in Pleasant Valley. Both of these organizations do enormous good work getting goods to needy people as well as supporting other charities by selling used items in their thrift shops. The books we had left were donated to the Pleasant Valley Library, the Boardman Library and the Millbrook Library. We also contributed all our children's and young
adult books to The Children's Home's new library. The senior community at the Fountains was delighted to receive many novels, history books and memoirs for their library which they are trying to grow. So our gifts really keep on giving! Thank you so very much. WELLNESS Gentle Yoga Movement No Yoga Classes on November 14th & 21st In this class, we are looking to create a sense of health, happiness, and well-being.
