Thank you, St John s, for your support and prayers for the recent HAF mission team to Honduras. Hundreds of children were part of many hygiene clinics. Community and school leaders either showed off completed projects or asked for help to begin or complete necessary projects. Everyone we met was GRATEFUL for what individuals & churches like ours are making possible. Again, THANKS! Thank you to all those who donated items, shipping costs, & their time to Operation Christmas Child. 332 boxes were packed thanks to our congregation and SEED families. Camp Sharigan Volunteers Needed Our Camp Sharigan Project reading clinic here at St. John's is in its 10th year, and we need St. John's volunteers in order to keep reaching out to children in need. Over half of the children across the na on are struggling in reading. No ma er how wonderful our schools, there are always children who struggle and need more help. We have a program here at St. John's that has helped hundreds of children; some children even moved up 4 grade levels in reading in one year. Now, we need your help. We need you to volunteer one day a month to help a child learn to read. If you teach a child to read, you can change the world. The children need you.
