Special Congregational Meeting Today at 11:45 a.m. in the sanctuary at Trinity Lutheran Church for the purpose of renewing a call to Pastor Susan Haukaas to serve as Associate Pastor and approving a compensation package related to her call. Pastor Haukaas call will be coterminous with the call of Pastor Kristina Weber (call renewed June 19, 2016) and will end 6 months following the installation of a new Senior Pastor. The call to Pastor Haukaas will be eligible for renewal at a future congregational meeting. Soup Cook-Off and Annual Meeting Today at Noon in the Fellowship Hall. Come to the soup cook-off and vote for your favorite. Proceeds will support Trinity s youth ministries. 12:30 Annual Meeting in the Fellowship Hall Trinity Lutheran Church will hold our annual meeting. Many tasks in the Trinity office can be done by volunteers; these include recording communion attendance twice a month, making photocopies weekly, working with the Bond Ladies to prepare the newsletter for mailing each month and filling in for office staff as needed (answering phones, etc.). Volunteering in the Trinity office can be fun and fulfilling. If you would like to help out, whether it s occasionally or on a regular basis, give Bonnie Jo or Meggen a call at the office or drop in to see us.
