When the salesman presented his quote and presentation he told us we would no longer need the diverters that were currentlly on our roof becasue of their system. This was particularly pleasing to me as I have always hated the look of the diverters and impacted... Delivered as promised. Pleasant, efficient crew. I had a nice time with the rep. He was pretty professional. We had an excellent experience with LeafGuard. They went above and beyond. We was not home when they installed the gutters and an outside contractor came to my house in an unmarked vehicle. The outside contractor wouldn't give the LeafGuard eman his name or the name of the company that he worked... If you live in a snow area you should know these gutters cause major icicle build up on the front edge. I tried a couple of times to get LeafGuard to help with the problem but it is thrown back on me. They tell me not enough insulation in my attic, which was just insulated or heat trace my gutters. The pay is based per job versus an hourly wage and if they mess up and have to come back, it's on them. It gives them high incentive to do the job right the first time.
