Yes Age Age Age Terms and Guidelines 1. Our child care is for children age 2 years through 6th grade. 2. All children need to be checked in at the table in the Sanctuary lobby when they arrive for each service. 3. Children need to be checked in and out of child care. Stickers have been provided on a check-in sheet for this reason. Please do not take your child from the child care area without checking him/her out. 4. You must be present on the synagogue premises at all times. 5. Only the child s parent or someone you have designated in writing may check out your child. 6. WHAT TO BRING: Please bring necessary changes of clothing and/or diapers and wipes for your child. All items should be labeled with the child s name and placed in a bag, container, or sack with his/her name on it. For daytime sessions (1st Day Rosh Hashanah Day 1 and 2 and Yom Kippur), pack a dairy or pareve peanutfree lunch for your child. Water will be provided. No meat and no peanuts will be permitted. Our facility is peanut-free. 7. A snack will be provided during daytime sessions. Please advise the child care providers if your child(ren) has any food allergies. 8. Appropriate dress for High Holy Days is encouraged (not formal; just appropriate white clothing encouraged on Yom Kippur). 9. All child care fees and forms MUST be received no later than September 8. We will not process any child care registrations after that date. 10. Because we schedule staff based on registrations, we are unable to provide child care for drop-ins. Only children with prepaid registrations received by September 8 will be accepted. Thank you for understanding and respecting these guidelines so that our child care is a success for everyone!
