MEMC Linemen were recognized for their assistance to Hart EMC during the Winter Storm of 2015. Entertainment was provided by Ricky Atkinson and Compassion. We had a large attendance at the 78th Annual Meeting. As always, our Dispatcher and Customer Service Representatives will still be available to take your calls. CRC will be used to efficiently route and provide extra assistance to our members during power outages, high call volumes and emergency situations, thus decreasing your hold time and our response time. At Mitchell EMC we are continuously striving to improve our customer service and customer care. WATT S COOKING assistance to Hart EMC during nual Meeting. e Was Used in 2014 Electric Power Operations & Maintenance Consumer Accounts & Sales Administration & General Depreciation Interest & Taxes Operating Margins les in 2014 Residential Irrigation Commercial Public Street & Highway Eggplant and Beef Casserole 1 Medium Eggplant 1 Small Onion 3 tbsp. butter 1 Can of Cream of Mushroom soup Salt and pepper to taste 1 Egg, slightly beaten 1 cup grated mild cheddar cheese ¾ cup cracker crumbs ¾ lbs. of hamburger meat browned and drained ½ cup of spaghetti sauce Peel, slice and chop eggplant. Cook until tender in boiling salt water. Once cooked, drain and smash eggplant. Sauté onion in butter until tender and brown your meat. Drain meat and combine with smashed eggplant. Combine eggplant, beef/onion mixture with soup, ½ cup of cheese and ½ cup of bread crumbs. Place in a well-greased 2qt casserole dish then add remaining cheese and bread crumbs.
