Vice President (Vote Yes / No) NMI Nominees Mike Askew Mike states, I praise God for saving me at the age of 13 and calling me into the ministry and specifically missions. Life has been an adventure ever since and God has blessed me with opportunities to serve in short term and long term missions in numerous areas of the world. My family and I are currently serving at the Kirksville Church of the Nazarene and look forward with anticipation to God's ministry in the future. Secretary (Vote Yes / No) Rebecca Lumley Rebecca is completing her first year on the MO District NMI Council serving as Secretary. She attends Webster Groves Nazarene serving as Church Board Secretary, teaching PreK on Wednesday nights, and volunteers in the nursery. She and her husband, Cotter, have 6 children and she loves fitness. Lori Bruce Lori previously served MO District as District NMI President, and is currently serving with her husband, Ted, to fulfill their God-call to be volunteer missionaries in Paraguay. She has a love for the Lord and His mission field. Lori is from the Jefferson City Nazarene church. Teddy Clark Teddy is active & vibrant in sharing the good news of Jesus through the Macon Nazarene church to his community. This past year, Teddy, along with the Macon Nazarene church, has spread that vibrancy for Christ to the Hurdland Nazarene church by being available to preach, reviving it as a preaching point in the northeast area our district. Teddy is a district licensed minister. Melissa Fitzgerald Melissa is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University, Lindenwood University, and spent a year in Romania as a Nazarene In Volunteer Service. She attends Trinity Nazarene where she helped birth a Nazarene Compassionate Ministry Center, Empower North County which has been instrumental in ministries to the Hazelwood and Ferguson school districts with reading initiatives, helping homeless families, and providing a Christmas store, among other insightful helps to the community in the name of Christ. Elizabeth Griggs Elizabeth has a deep love and desire to follow Jesus, especially in the area of mission. She is a creative and gifted teacher and leader to the children and youth of the Montgomery City Nazarene church where she attends. She participated in the District Youth missions trip to Sun Valley Indian School, Arizona in 2014. Elizabeth has served the District MO NMI Council as children & youth rep. Cheri Hodge Cheri currently serves on the MO District NMI Council as Co-Work & Witness Off-District Coordinator. Cheri and her husband Ken have led Work & Witness trips for MO District to One Heart, Many Hands in Indianapolis, IN in 2013, and District Teen trip to Sun Valley Indian Reservation in Arizona in 2014. They have been on missions trips abroad, and are planning more trips. Cheri is a district licensed minister and active in ministries of the Wright City Nazarene church.

Delegates to Global NMI Convention (continued) NMI Nominees (continued) Ken Hodge Ken currently serves on the MO District NMI Council as Co-Work & Witness Off-District Coordinators. Ken and his wife Cheri have led Work & Witness trips for MO District to One Heart, Many Hands in Indianapolis, IN in 2013, and District Teen trip to Sun Valley Indian Reservation in Arizona in 2014. They have been on missions trips abroad, and planning more trips. Ken organized a District W&W mobile tool trailer this year, and is active in ministries of the Wright City Nazarene church. Rebecca Lumley Rebecca is completing her first year on the MO District NMI Council serving as Secretary. She attends Webster Groves Nazarene serving as Church Board Secretary, teaching PreK on Wednesday nights, and volunteers in the nursery. She and her husband, Cotter, have 6 children and she loves fitness. Gary Rhodes Gary has lived on the Missouri District all his life. He serves as pastor of the Piedmont Church for the last 17 years. Has served on the NMI council for many years, mostly as the On District W & W Coordinator. Has been on multiple Work & Witness trips Domestic and International. Elia Sandoval Elia is active in ministry alongside her husband, Elpidio, to the Spanish speaking communities in the Jefferson City/ Mexico, MO area of our district. Their ministry of the good news of Christ is creative in nature and spans from children to adults and is precious to our district's diversity. Elia is an ordained elder. Conner Stevenson Connor has grown up in a family that has always had a missions emphasis. His first missions trip was a Jesus Film & water filter distribution trip to Guatemala before his Freshman year of High School. It was life changing and his family now sponsors a child from Guatemala and he hopes to take another international missions trip. Connor has participated with his Macon, MO youth group in serving at homeless shelters, door to door evangelism, and inviting people to church. He anticipates that his love for missions will be used to further God's kingdom. Kim Stevenson Kim serves the MO District NMI Council as a resource person for local NMI presidents. Kim serves Macon Naz as a vibrant local NMI President. She is overflowing with ideas for educating in missions and it comes from a love that flows from within her heart for sharing Jesus with the nations. Kim has been on numerous Work & Witness trips, and she loved them all, but the Jesus Film W&W trip was most powerful. Debbie Wood Debbie serves MO District NMI Council with excellence as LINKS coordinator, keeping us well informed of the needs of our assigned missionaries retired and abroad. Debbie loves all things missions and has been very active for many years on the local and district levels. Debbie is from the Hallsville Nazarene church. Wilma Yates Wilma serves as NMI President at the Kirksville Church of the Nazarene. She has served on the District Council for several years and currently serves in the area of Prayer. Wilma has a passion for missions and is willing to serve wherever needed. One of her favorite Bible verses is found in Proverbs 3:5-6. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not unto your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him and he will direct your paths.

Vice President (Vote for 1) Kristin Attig Kristin serves as the Student Pastor at the St. Louis Trinity Church of the Nazarene. She has been a positive and cheerful presence at Teen Camp and our other District NYI events. NYI Nominees Dan Denbow Dan serves as the lead pastor for the House Springs Living Word Church of the Nazarene. He currently runs the games for teen camp, boys camp, and youth games at Family Camp. NYI Council Members College Representative Mason Beachy Mason will be a Sophomore at Missouri S&T. He attends the Columbia Church of the Nazarene. Sr. High Representative Hunter Chapman Hunter will be a Sophomore in High school and attends the New Life Church of the Nazarene in O Fallon, MO. Brady Hill Brady will be Sophomore at MidAmerica Nazarene University. He attends the Eldon Church of the Nazarene. Rebecca Hopke Rebecca will be Sophomore at MidAmerica Nazarene University. She attends the Bowling Green Church of the Nazarene. Emma Eilermann Emma will be a Freshman in High school. She attends the Webster Groves Church of the Nazarene. Camryn Mueller Camryn will be a Junior in High School. She attends the Eldon Church of the Nazarene. Middle School Representative Maddie Overton Maddie will be Freshman at MidAmerica Nazarene University. She attends the New Life Church of the Nazarene in O Fallon, MO. Jacob Hill Jacob will enter 7 th grade in the Fall. He attends the Cape Girardeau Church of the Nazarene. Eli Hovis Eli will enter 8 th grade in the Fall. He attends the Webster Groves Church of the Nazarene.

NYI Nominees (continued) Delegates to Global NMI Convention Ministerial Delegate Dan Denbow Dan serves as the lead pastor for the House Springs Living Word Church of the Nazarene. He currently run the games for teen camp, boys camp, and youth games at Family Camp. Jeff Roever Jeff serves as the lead pastor at the Frankclay Church of the Nazarene. He s been a faithful member of the District NYI for many years. He has served our District as director of Centering On God (COG) and more recently as our MAX at MNU Coordinator. Lay Delegate Scott Johnson Scott currently serves as the NYI President for the Webster Groves Church of the Nazarene, a position he s held for many years. He has served our District in the past as a NYI Council Member and as helper at Teen Camp. Kathy Judlin Kathy started attending the Frankclay Church of the Nazarene in 1993. She has has been involved in many district activities such as NYC and Teen Camp. She currently serves as the Frankclay s SDMI director. Youth Delegate Tyler Chapman Tyler will be a Freshman at Olivet Nazarene University. He currently attends the New Life Church of the Nazarene in O Fallon, MO

SDMI Nominees SDMI Council Clergy Nominees (vote for 1) Wes Phillips Rev. Wes Phillips is the senior pastor at Bowling Green Church of the Nazarene. He currently serves as the director of the Missouri District Boys Camp and has been a member of the Missouri District SDMI Council since 2015. He and his wife, Courtney, have one son. Jason Young Jason grew up in Moscow Idaho on the Northwest District. He has pastored churches, in Washington, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota. During his ministry Jason has served on the SDMI council on the Northwest District for four years, was adult ministries director and then SDMI chair on the Dakota District for three years. Jason was SDMI Chair during the merger of the Dakota and Minnesota District s which became the Prairie Lakes District. He is passionate about being discipled by Jesus. He and his wife Rebecca have two boys, Nathan 13, and Noah 10. SDMI Council Lay Nominees (vote or 1) Lisa Busch My name is Lisa Busch, and I am the Children's Ministry Director at Trinity Church of the Nazarene in Florissant, Mo. I have been on staff at Trinity for a little over 7 years. Children's Ministry has always played a vital role in my life. I've been teaching and coordinating kids programs, Sunday Schools, VBS, Children's Church and outreach events for 30 years. My husband Ken and I have been married for 28 years, and we have two amazing boys. Our oldest Tim will be attending MNU this fall and majoring in Youth & Family Ministry with a minor in Media. Our youngest Jacob, will be a Junior in high school and keeps very active on the swim team and baseball team. God has truly blessed me with a wonderful family and church family. Jeff Killion Jeff Killion is a charter member and board member at New Life Church of the Nazarene in O Fallon, Missouri. He has served as a counselor in Missouri camps for the last 15 years. His father is a Nazarene preacher in Milford, IL. He and his wife, Janice, have three kids attending Olivette Nazarene University.

SDMI Nominees SDMI General Convention Clergy Nominees (vote for 2) Rev. Scott Dermer Scott has served as the pastor of the Webster Groves Church of the Nazarene for three years. Currently he is finishing his Ph.D. in Historical Theology at Saint Louis University. Scott cares deeply about the church s responsibility to form people of all ages into devoted followers of Jesus. He and his wife Lindsey have three children: Millie, Eli, and Bennett. Wes Phillips Rev. Wes Phillips is the senior pastor at Bowling Green Church of the Nazarene. He currently serves as the director of the Missouri District Boys Camp and has been a member of the Missouri District SDMI Council since 2015. He and his wife, Courtney, have one son. Rev. Ron Sluder I served as a lay leader in the Garnett, KS Church of the Nazarene for around 16 years in a number of capacities, from Sunday school teacher, trustee, NYI president, to Children s Pastor. I felt the call to ministry while serving as a Trustee and began to work in the children s ministry. I am currently the Senior Pastor at Rolla Church of the Nazarene and serve on the SDMI Council. SDMI Nominees SDMI General Convention Lay Nominees (vote for 2) Ruth Beers My privilege has been to serve my Lord wherever He has led me with whatever He has given me along my life s journey. He has lovingly shown me having faith in Him I can do all the things He provides me opportunities to do. Those opportunities to share are found in so many unique, and often challenging, ways. Yet, through His love, He makes serving others for Him meaningful and rewarding. My privilege has been to serve as MO District PrimeTime Director for the past six years. Lasting relationships with our district churches and so many wonderful PrimeTimers serve as my life s mileposts in following Him. Locally attending Webster Groves Church, I am also the NMI Director and Witness Committee Chairperson. God has called me to love those who are alone, hungry, and tired. Through God s faithfulness and empowering love, He continues to lead me in stewardship of my abilities applied to people s life challenges in service to Him. This is my sustaining joy to serve Him in loving service and personal interaction with others however He asks. Jessica Hill Jessica Hill is a member of Cape Church of the Nazarene, where she is involved with the worship team, prayer/care team, women s ministry and children s ministry. Jessica also serves as the Women s Retreat Director and SDMI Council Secretary for the Missouri District Church of the Nazarene. In her professional life, Jessica is the Executive Director of the Safe House for Women, a domestic violence shelter and service agency located in Cape Girardeau. Jessica and her husband Jason have two children, Jacob (12) and Caitlin (9). Sherri Jenkerson Sherri Jenkerson is a special education teacher at Mehlville High School, where she have just completed her 11th year. She has been teaching students with special needs at the middle school and high school levels for 22 years in Ohio and Missouri public schools. Amazingly, times of adversity and tragedy have opened doors that may otherwise have remained closed. Through the most difficult times, God has been her strength and has given her a boldness to speak of how He is working in her life and what He has done for her. Sherri is a member of the Arnold Church of the Nazarene, where she is active in small group discipleship through Sunday School and Wednesday night Wonder Women, the ladies group. Sherri is married to Rev. Jim Jenkerson, and mother of Noah (14) and Caleb (11). Sherri has served on the SDMI council as a lay member for the past three years.
