Greetings Knights and Worthy Ladies, Our Spiritual Advisor's Message Once again, Merry Christmas to all, since it is still the liturgical Christmas season; and a Very Happy and Peace filled New Year. I'm sorry that I was not able to attend our Council's Christmas Party in December. I heard that it was a wonderful social and the food was 'Good and Plenty'. I want to acknowledge the charitable works of our Seton Knights throughout the year, not only to our own Knights and families, but to our Knights throughout the state; as well as many people in our community. As stated many times before, I am proud to be a member of Seton Council. Please keep the parishioners of Seton and the community that we serve in your prayers. I know what angels have to do -- They often watch and pray; Make certain that God's creatures -- Return to Him one day. We'll never comprehend just how The angels live and fly, But knowing they watch over us Is worth the how and why! A teacher explained to her science class, "We can learn a lot from the ant. The ant works hard every day. The ant never stops working. And what happens to the ant in the end?" One student replied, "Somebody steps on him." A motorist on his first visit to traffic court grumbled as the police clerk handed him a receipt for his fine. "What am I supposed to do with this?" he asked. "Keep it," the clerk replied. "When you get four, you get a bicycle." People ask us how we've been married so long. We take time to go to a restaurant twice a week. A little candlelight, soft music, dinner and a long walk home. She goes Tuesdays, I go Fridays. "A new study finds that Americans have on average become several inches shorter in the 100 years. Scientists say it's mainly because we're all looking down at our phones." Jimmy Fallon A photographer taking a family photo told the teenager, "It will look more natural if you have your hand on your father's shoulder." "It would look even more natural," the father grumped, "if he had it in my pocket." A Priest, a Rabbi, and a Minister walk into a bar. The bartender asks, "Is this some kind of a joke?" Poor George Washington couldn't blame his troubles on the previous administration. What goes "Oh oh oh"? sdrawkcab gniklaw atnas
